I am beyond upset at this moment. You have issued a default judgement against my name yet I have never used your services ever, at any time Firstly, I reside in Johannesburg and will not use your services in all the way in PE.

Secondly, I have contacted your offices and have confirmed that there is no account linked to my name, ID number, medical aid number or cell number and no account for which I am liable for. In addition, I have also checked with my medical aid and there is no claim for any orthopedics whatsoever.

I am very interested to know how you have managed to get this through the court system with false information.

Now the expectation is that I have to spend my time, my money and my effort trying to get this fixed, with no assistance from you. I have already spent hours on the phone.

I expect this to be resolved immediately. No ifs and buts.
