Poor Course Structure lack of Classes and Tutoring
This school is a waste of money especially for further education part time online learning like wealth management. What kind of school charges R6000 per module and fails to have tutoring videos or face to face weekend classes to help learners to understand the study material. some of us work in call centers to make a living and do not have an extensive background in insurance besides the specific jobs we work in and would really appreciate paying for a service that provides classes online to help us understand study material and modules for subjects that we do not have a vast knowledge of. If you fail an assignment unit you get charged R400 to resubmit an assignment module, Moonstone is more invested in making money than helping their students. Save your money and find other schools offering wealth management courses and classes that will help you obtain the qualification whilst also teaching you the material.

Zine from Registration dept is Very Rude
I made a call this morning it was unswered at Reception then the call was transferred to registration dept and it was unswered by ZINE. How can someone be this rude to clients? My query was my my invoice has expired and I could not log on to my details. She was very impatient with me and she shouted and kept on saying HAIBO! HAIBO! When I complained about the tone of her voice it seemed like I made things worse,. I'm very dissatisfied by how the lady treated me

I didn’t want it to get here, but I see I’m now being ignored. I’ve been waiting for my refund. Tracey Lee and Nomfundo, yall been professional but seems like we losing it now. Bad service
Payment is made and I have send them proof but they still me problems not aploading my material They want bank statement showing I’m the one who paid yet I told them someone paid for me, does it matter who paid

Independent Marking is Needed Urgently - the Exam is a ****
Moonstone has disabled my account, effectively blocking me from making any further exam booking under my profile. Additionally, on the 20th of December they were not answering their phones more than 30 minutes the EARLY YEAR-END CLOSING TIME they themselves set for themselves. So as a result I promptly set up another profile, made a booking for 04th February 2024, paid using the correct invoice number and emailed the proof of payment, yet this morning again they "temporarily" cancelled my booking due to "non-payment"???

Moonstone has disabled my account, effectively blocking me from making any further exam booking under my profile. Additionally, on the 20th of December they were not answering their phones more than 30 minutes the EARLY YEAR-END CLOSING TIME they themselves set for themselves. Bad customer service and prolonged refund
I booked my RE 5 prior the birth of my daughter and due to medical reasons, I am forced to cancel the text. As I ask for my refund, I’m told to wait 15 days while I need my funds for medical reasons. It is ******** to keep funds needed to medical reasons and the consultant Zine Peteni continues to spew lies telling me about 15 days. where has it ever taken 15 days to process one’s refund. I’m utterly disgusted by Moonstone and warn anyone to take caution of their service which is dismally poor .

Bad experience
My nephew wrote RE5 exam in March. He was promised to get his results in 20 - 30 working days, it's over 40days now. No results or communication!

dissatisfaction RE 5 results
on the 18th of September 2023 i wrote my RE5 at Westville Methodist church, on my arrival i requested to use a black pen instead of a pencil as i realized that something is not write we can't be failing this exam so much. i overheard 2 ladies who were invigilators discussed the matter and another one came to me and said you can use pencil not black pen, i was so shocked as i thought it my choice to decide which pen to use and straight away i knew something was up i could smell discrepancy then the lady came back to me and said table number 35 mustn't use black pen she must use pencil, straight away i knew something was fishy, i told a lady who was also writing with me that they refused to give me black pen. yet it is our choice to make whether we want a pencil or a black pen. i knew from the bottom of my heart that i aced that exam but here we are i got 60%, in the past i've been getting same results 62%. this time around i'm not letting this go this is a money making scheme we are made to fail so that we can keep on coming back as the more you write the more money they make. jobs are on the line because of this yet moonstone's employees have their jobs safe and secured. staff members are extremely rude as well on the phone when i booked my exam they still went ahead and cancel my booking even though i paid and sent them a proof of payment i had to call back and forth trying to sort out this issue. i demand to see all my past papers i won't rest until this matter is resolved. during re write why are we not allowed to be present and see for ourselves where we went wrong this is absolutely unacceptable. why can't they change this horrible system and use similar system like learners license where you get results same time. isn't that it the computer that does the marking? then let us write in that computer once and for all and release our results same time. again i won't let this one go. i'll use every available platforms to make sure that this matter is resolved to my satisfaction.
