Moosas Megastore denies receiving a returned package.
I returned 100 glasses to Moosas Megastore in February using The Courier Guy. My records show that the package was delivered and the pin was entered correctly by the person who receive the package. Moosas denies receiving the package after all my evidence provided. Case closed on their side.

Moosas Megastore denies receiving a returned package.
I returned 100 glasses to Moosas Megastore in February using The Courier Guy. My records show that the package was delivered and the pin was entered correctly by the person who receive the package. Moosas denies receiving the package after all my evidence provided. Case closed on their side.

Excellent Service and Timely Delivery at Moosas Megastore!
I had a fantastic experience shopping at Moosas Megastore. All my items were delivered on time, which I truly appreciated. Their service is absolutely on point, and the communication was seamless throughout the process. When they didn’t have the color I initially wanted, they took the initiative to call me directly and checked which other color I’d prefer—such proactive customer care really stood out to me. So far, I’m very satisfied with the quality of their goods and the efficiency of their deliveries. Love it!

Order not received
We bought a skateboard online, made payment through peach payment, during checkout something went wrong and our order did not go through but the money was deducted from our account. I contacted the company and even send them proof of payment but they just say order failed and is ignoring us now.
