Unable to upgrade mooSocial with their own procedure

MooSocial is a social network software. It looks decent, don't get fooled. The once off payment is for the first 12 months, after you have to pay 49$ every year to get software updates, support is extra 49$. Not sure if you can call that once-off. Upgrade procedures don't work. Support tells you what to do and it goes bad, very very bad. In general they are clueless what to do.. and want to charge you for everything. I try to upgrade my site for three days now and support went silent on me. If you want to run a quality site.. no, not mooSocial. A site for friends and you don't mind losing 400$.. yeah, why not. Go and have some pain..

As usual I have everything I said documented... I can copy paste some rather hilarious email exchanges with support.. giving me not working advice ;)

I wouldn't buy it again... 400$ gone bye bye
