My BMW vehicle once stalled and couldn't start,so my insurance towed it in to motech potchefstroom on top of a tow truck. After they gave my insurance the wrong diagnosis of the vehicle they pulled my Kar to my place with n towing rope behind a bakkie, at high speed ,where they know my vehicle is is automatic and U can damage electronics and mechanics of the car. That was unprofessional and disrespectful towards me as a client. My friend also had his Volvo S40 that came back not fit an already made full payment to solve the problems on the vehicle that was worse than before.
