Thee Rude GET-"RUDE"
Disgusting service GETRUDE is really GET-"RUDE", she has no customer service , no follow ups , ul be de one calling and sending messages only for her to ansa u in a disgusting manner , will not recommend it to anyone NEVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A money grabber
Don’t trust Gertrude from Mothersjoy. She will happily take your application fee and apply on your behalf knowing FULL WELL that your application will be rejected, based on information provided in her company application form. Mothersjoy, if you are looking to take peoples money rather remove certain questions from your form so you can genuinely play stupid. A very ********* service.

UIF claim Mothers Joy
My wife applied for assistance over a month ago and we were constantly waiting for a reply and it was clear that our emails were not being read. We constantly had to follow up only to get told we have to get this done and that when we previously had sent the information. My wife gave birth last week and when we followed up again we were told to send our banking details. We were told that we were rude and that it is clear that we know more than the consultant. The consultant then said she has thousands of clients who need assistance. We then received emails saying some money is not worth it and the refund has been made. I find this extremely unprofessional and sad because given the current times and the necessary items a newborn comes with a company does not care about the individual and their circumstances because they clearly have enough clients.

UIF claim Mothers Joy

Amazing Service Mothers Joy
Mothers Joy and Gertrude are amazing! She was beyond helpful with the whole process. Once my paper work was submitted, I was paid almost immediately. I submitted for 2 months and was very impressed with the speed I was paid. This was all during covid lockdown. Keep up the great work Mother Joy

Amazing Service Mothers Joy
Mothers Joy and Gertrude are amazing! She was beyond helpful with the whole process. Once my paper work was submitted, I was paid almost immediately. I submitted for 2 months and was very impressed with the speed I was paid. This was all during covid lockdown. Keep up the great work Mother Joy

Do not use this disappointing service.
Completely unprofessional and rude. I paid 24 March 2020. I didn't hear anything back but with lockdown and the state of things I knew they were probably not able to run properly. Now, 22 June 2020 I asked if they were going to be doing anything to help me now that things are a bit more relaxed as they haven't bothered to contact me at all. I asked for an update as they had my money but I had not heard a thing. I got a rude and unprofessional email stating that I had not bothered to find out if they had received my money in all this time and that I was nasty. I made it clear now that I could be very nasty as this was a pathetic service, completely disappointing and unprofessional with very poor customer service. The fact that Gertrude didn't like my email tone means nothing now as I don't like my money being taken for nothing, unprofessionalism and complete service disregard. Got my money back at least now but feel sorry for anyone who is still waiting for this service to help them. Disappointing and to try make me feel bad for attempting to find out what happened to my money that was supposed to help me when I had no real income during maternity and lockdown...Shame on her! Disgusting.

Gertrude is amazing!
<p>I would like to thank Gertrude at the Mothers Joy offices for handling my uif claim during my materity leave. There was also a problem at the uif office and I wasnt paid in full. It took Gertrude 1 day to sort everything out for me. She is so friendly, always super patient and willing to help with anything. </p>
