Very poor service

Gertrude is very unprofessional and rude. I paid her money and she only did my first payment for UIF and now refuses to do the rest, simply because I ASKED her if they are a scam for my own peace of mind, now she blames me for calling them names and won't help me any further. I would definitely not recommend Mother's Joy to anyone.
