Mother's nest co = ***** LOOK OUT!
I purchased my order on the 25th of April. I still didnt receive my order or any indication when i will receive it. This is a useless company. There customer service is PATHETIC I send several whats apps,facebook messages and instgram message.. nobody is coming back to you... NEVER will i ever purchase something with them again.

There customer service is PATHETIC I send several whats apps,facebook messages and instgram message.. nobody is coming back to you... NEVER will i ever purchase something with them again.

Waiting for my order since April
I ordered 22nd april and I have heard nothing from them. I’ve Emailed them no reply, tried instagram and Facebook. And online but no reply. How can I get my money back!

STAY AWAY, Parents.
Worst company EVER. Do not buy from this place. I ordered a really expensive pram set from their website, it was delivered faulty. I was asked to pay for the return and a refund was refused. The pram is the Belecoo brand which was never advertised on this website and is of poor quality. The accessories that came “free” does not fit the pram and are complete duds. I am now stuck with a misleading product that is broken anyway. Their email address is

Do not order anything from this website, you will regret it. They are ****mers and ***** people's money. I order a breast pump and tooth brush on 13 March 2023 and only received confirmation of my order, I have sent whatsapps and emails and have not received any response. They are still accepting orders and people's money despite these reviews. This company should be investigated by the CIPC and their website needs to be closed to prevent any further ****s from occurring.

This company ****s you!!
I ordered a breast pump over 5 weeks ago. The only communication I got was that my order was received. I have sent emails, website enquiries, Instagram DM’s, WhatsApp and even tried to phone the landline number. There has been NO response from them and I still haven’t received my product!! This company is ****ming people out of their money! All of a sudden their website is even down now and “under construction”

Scam!!!!!!!!!
do not order from this company! You will be sorely disappointed! They will only steal your money! I ordered a breastpump more than 6 weeks ago. I have enquired multiple times about delivery getting weak excuses every week of "it will be delivered this week. Or “ there’s a server problem “ I have tried emailing them getting no response anymore also asked for my money back and I am being ignored. which after I commented on their social media and now have been blocked. shocking service and terrible communication. They have essentially stolen my money! No further communication from their side. !

Fail to deliver product!
Mother's nest Co. Takes your money and does not deliver the product! I ordered on 5 Feb 2023 with the expectation of 7-14 days delivery, as advertised! They simply do not reply their whatsapp messages or emails. When you start posting negative comments on their Facebook page, they simply remove it so they can scam more moms!!!! And when you tag them in "name and shame" posts, they simply block you from their page. How convenient!!?? Terrible people they are!!! SKELMS!!!!
