THE OWNER and STAFF PHYSICALLY ASSAULTED ME YESTERDAY ! THEY TRIED TO RE-SELL THE VEHICLE I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR ! THEY HAVE ALSO FALSIFIED SOME OF THE VEHICLES PAPERWORK ! I WENT THERE TO FIND OUT WHY IT WAS TAKING SO LONG FOR THEM TO RETURN THE VEHICLE I HAD BOUGHT FROM THEM, AS THEY WERE DECLINING MY CALLS. TURNS OUT THE WHERE TRYING TO RE-SELL THE VEHICLE, AFTER I'D PAYED CASH, IN FULL, FOR IT. When I asked the Owner what's going on, He Punched Me in the Face and pushed Me to the Ground. Then he and his staff proceeded to kick Me repeatedly, as I lay on the floor. Then He jumped in another Vehicle and sped off !! This happened right outside their "show-room" in front of Multiple Witnesses. I have made a Charge of Assault against him and the staff that work there. I'VE ALSO FIGURED OUT, THAT THEY HAVE FALSIFIED THE PAPERWORK - THE SERVICE BOOK STAMPS WHERE MADE USING A ****** STAMP, FROM A REGISTERED GARAGE ! I looked at the Service History for the Vehicle I had bought from these ******. Everything seemed legit, with a Registered Garage's Stamp at each Service Interval. Then I phoned the Garage and gave them the Vin Number. They said this vehicle has Never been there for Any work. So I took a photo of the Service Book and sent it to the Garage Manager. He said that the Stamp was in fact an Old Stamp, which went missing a few years ago. Their New Stamp doesn't look anything like the old one. ZERO STARS - couldn't post unless I clicked on 1 star ... Moto Psych are NOT to be TRUSTED !! U've been warned !!

Motor Psych Dealership Refuses to Refund R96,000 – Dishonest and *************! On March 8 and 14, 2025, we paid a total of R96,000 to Motor Psych Dealership in Goodwood (R50,000 and R46,000 respectively). After a vehicle inspection on March 24, several defects were found, and our finance application was declined. We requested a full refund on March 28, and since then, we’ve been given nothing but excuses. First, they blamed religious holidays. Then they said the refund would be done on a Saturday. Most recently, Mr. Kaashief Ismail admitted that he used our money to fix the car and still hasn’t returned it. We've tried everything—emails, phone calls, and even approaching SAPS and the court. They are ignoring us, and it’s clear they have no intention of refunding the money. This dealership is dishonest, unprofessional, and misleading. They’ve shown a complete lack of accountability and ethics. If you're considering buying from Motor Psych Dealership, BE WARNED—you may lose your money like we did. We are now escalating this matter to the Consumer Protector. DO NOT TRUST MOTOR PSYCH DEALERSHIP.

Bought a car that was advertised as immaculate condition and a full service history(FSH). They said the FSH is online and that they would get me a book so I could have a hard copy. They said I can come fetch the registration papers 2 days later. Turns out there was a problem with the waterpump and brakes. Took it back so they can fix it.They had the car for 10 days for a 5 hour job, upon receiving the car, I noticed that they drove 400km with my car and that the petrol tank that was almost full, is now empty. Later I discovered that the car is not even fixed. They just drove my car around and all of a sudden the clutch and gearbox was giving problems. I found a receipt of a store called Elite Cash & Carry in Athlone inside of the glove box. They used my car for personal errands instead of fixing it. I only got the service history book when they gave me back my car. There I discovered that the car does not even have a FSH. The last service was done 4 years ago. The owner insisted that the car does have a FSH, it just wasn't written down, that literally defeats the point. I bought the car little less than a month ago, the registration papers are still not done yet. They keep postponing it and even told me twice that it is done and I have to come fetch it and when I got there it was still not done. This was all too many red flags for me, so I decided to ask for a refund. Then he called me crazy and petty, and kept suggesting other solutions. When I said that I'm not going to change my mind, he called me a joke, started swearing at me, threatened to send his "naies" to my house and told me to never contact him again. He refused the refund. Don't know how this man, Kaashief Ismail, is allowed to sell cars. His number is 072 189 0401 and his business address is 172 Voortrekker Rd, Goodwood Estate. What a disgrace of a dealer

Nothing about the details advertised regarding the car was correct. We still decided to go ahead. We arrived as arranged to find that nothing was ready. The personnel stood around most of the time. Just fussed about the bow, I get saying, no photos. The salesman that was scheduled to meet us wasnt there. The spare key provided doesnt work. I have tried multiple times to get him to arrange for a locksmith to do another key as we should not be paying R3000 for another key. He said he would send one to our house, didnt. He would say he will come drop the number plates and registration papers off. I had to chase him. Eventually I drove back to fetch it. An attachment for the spare wheel was missing. He said they have it. I went to fetch it, no one assisted me. I had to order one from Audi.
