Awesome Service and Communication

Great service and communication were received from Glen. The item I wanted wasn't in stock anymore, so he contacted suppliers to find out if this item would be included in the next shipments for the year. Unfortunately, it wasn't, and special orders were already closed for this year. From my profile pic on WhatsApp he noticed the theme I went for with my bike and gear, gave me options of other colors, but recommended another item that would fit more with my current color theme which he had in stock, I decided to go for this option which had a bit of a price difference from the original ordered item, he covered the difference and I received the item the next day. I don't mind "problems" like this, as long as there is communication, and Glen communicated every update he got with me as soon as possible. I would recommend shopping on their site, and would be supporting them where I can for sure!
