DO NOT TAKE THE YOUR VEHICLE TO MOTOLUBE FOURWAYS YOU WILL BE SORRY. They sabotage your vehicle, to keep you coming back to defraud you out of your money. I took my vehicle in for a replacement of just a tie rod end, which I supplied the part, there was nothing else wrong with my vehicle when it went in. After the work I had major knocks and noises coming from my suspension I took it back to them, and they then said, I need to replacement control arms on both sides of my vehicle. I repeat there was nothing wrong with my vehicle other than a tie rod end with a bit of play on it. There were no other noises at all. They clearly sabotaged my bushes on my control arms to get me back to name more business. Wish I had seen all these other reviews of complaint on here before I went yo Mitolube I also wondered why their workshop was so empty now it makes sense. STAY AWAY FROM MOTOLUBE

I took my car to Moto-Lube Fourways crossing to change my bearings and was assisted by the manager Bula. They worked on the car for most of the day and upon checking the bearings the called me and told me there is no need to change the bearings the car just needs Wheel alignment, which means i badly advised by Suzuki. Bula and the team where very ethical and transparent and i appreciate that especially at a time like this when everyone is trying to increase revenue. Most definitely bringing my car back to for full service :). Thank you Bula and the Team.

We have a Ford Fiesta 1.0lt Ecoboost 2015 model that's motor siezed on 100 200 km mileage on the 6th July , 2020 with no warning what so ever . No warning lights at all . (We have a case against Ford as well that is pending ) - On 31st Jan 2020 we entrusted Moto-Lube Fourways Crossing with the service of this vehicle due to it being out of service plan with Ford . What came with this was a "6 months or 10000km guarantee" - Jaco at Mot-Lube offered telephonically to assist , to go and take a look and see if there is any way forward as Ford want R92000 in total to repair the vehicle. Never once did he ever get back to us , in fact Jaco has avoided all email correspondence - NEVER BOTHERED RESPONDING TO HIS CUSTOMER !!!!!! POOR SERVICE . What is sad is my family has serviced about 4 vehicles with them and I have forwarded numerous customers to them . What is concerning is it could possibly be something Moto -Lube Fourways Crossing did that caused this major incident with the vehicle ? Why do they drop their customers when the chips are down ? Surely at this stage you stand by and advise your customer ? All I can say is be wary if something goes wrong with your vehicle and you use this company , you will be left in the lurch with nowhere to go .

I took my car to moto-lube fourways for service and injector leakage in October 2019,the was beginning of my nightmares. When I collected the car,the leakage was not fixed, nearly had an accident due to their negligent the rear wheels were loose. The alternator was not functioning, had to take the car back couple of times. Then when I went to collect the car the engine was no longer running even now.I have called and been to the branch couple of times but I have been told different lies everytime when I do follow ups. When I call Chris keeps telling me that someone is working on the car but when I get there no one is working on the car.About two to three weeks ago he told me they took pressure pump for reconditioning but everytime I checked the car it was there.Chris continue lying saying it is back and they put it back. When I told that i took pictures everytime he lied about it being taken for reconditioning. It's been four months now without getting any help.I have already paid close to R14 000.00 on two different bills, I'm tired calling and going up and down for nothing. I drove my car there and I need to drive it out of there, I won't tow it out of there. Description of the car : Opel Zafira 1.9 2007 model. I need this problem to be resolved urgently or further steps will taken against the company.
