Poor workmenship
When things are going right, they are friendly and great feedback. But when they **** Up, you're the reason for their poor workmanship.
The bakkie had no break issues, they phoned and stated something needs to be replaced. Had been back 3 times, still not fix, and the brakes started to burn on Moloto road and could not drive any further, leaving a 78-year year-old man alone on the road. On calling them, they just stated its not their problem, we must arrange a lowbed truck on our cost and get the car back to them. I assume to just break it further.
I would not recommend this service stating for any service, they don't take any responsibility for their poor workmanship and only do blame shifting to avoid fixing their mistakes.

19 Jun 2024, 07:32What a shocker, now my Father in Law, who has not even made this post, or aware of this post are threatened with legal action, if this post of their poor workmanship is not removed.
HOPE THEY NEVER BREAK YOUR CAR, AS THEY HAVE THE MONEY TO RATHER SPEND ON LEGAL ACTION THAN FIX THEIR POOR WORKMANSHIP.
They keep stating we need to bring the car back to them, but the car can't be driven due to their poor workmanship x3 , and they refuse to pay for lowbed truck, so my father-in-law need to spend R3000 to get car back to them for a R800 job they could not fix 3 times already. The car broke down less than 1 km from their store, and they refuse to help to get it back to them.
My Father in Law has nothing to do with this post. This post was done by me to show how Motomark is not only treating a 3 years loyal 79 year old client, after they broke his bakkie that had no issues for over 40 years with his brakes, until they advised something is wrong and needed to be fix.
