Deposit not refunded
I was trying to buy a car from this dealership Motor City in pmb and Ahmad Suleman cell no. 0739165610 was the salesperson in charge of assisting me. I wanted to buy a BMW X5, every vehicle I choose was not available or not in a good condition or already sold by another salesman. I was dealing on a whatsapp with the salesman. eventually I gave up with the BMW X5 and suggested a Mercedes GLC or BMW X3. after many cars I was finally sent pictures of the car and the specs ( car was black in colours specs was for a white car). I was keen on the car it had everything I was looking for and the price was within the budget. after many days of waiting and promises finally I was told the car will arrive within the next day or two . I submitted all the paper work for the finance and paid in the deposit. finally they send me a video of the car and the car is not what I was expecting, One distinctive feature was there was no sunroof. Immediately I refused the car. At this point I was frustrated and could not take the lies and I decided to look for another dealership. whilst browsing the internet Autotrader and the Cars.co.za I found the car which I was shown the pics off. The picture showed the dealership name which was photoshopped and the picture was used. Then the salesperson tried to find a similar car to get me to buy it. The car he found was not to spec and the price was out of my budget. I found the car I was looking for at Autonische in Durban, with a 1 day experience from submitting for finance to delivery. Professional service. All I want is my refund to be paid back to me which i paid on the 25 September 2024. I have all correspondence and whatsapp messages saved

I trade in my car with them in November 2023, and bought the car from them, they said the car is 460k and I will pay R7600 of which it was within my budget and I was fine with it, them they told me that for the 1st 3 months the car will pay R14 600 and they will pay the other R7 000 themselves to reach this 14k , then after 3 months I'll carry on with my normal installment, they told me that I'll start paying in Jan 2024 and they deposited the agreed amount of 7k to my account and the bank debited their 14k, later in Jan I started receiving calls from the bank that I owe 14k for December Installment and I asked the sales man as they said I will pay in Jan, they said they will sort it out for me on 1st of Feb, after that I got a call again from the bank no payment made, I asked the sales person again he said they will send me a proof of payment to give the bank, since then they are ignoring my calls and when I tell the bank about this Installment assist they said there in nothing like that they will assist just 3 months and dissappear and left me stuck with this R14 600 Installment of which I cannot afford and the banker told me that I'm not the 1st one ,they repossessed lot of cars bought from this company in this manner, I don't know what to do now , secondly this car needed a service within the first month of purchased and I was told that it has 5 year warranty, I took it for servicing in December in January its started s funny noise on the wheels I took it back to be checked they said brakes and discs are finished, and are not covered on the warranty plan i must pay R3600 I called my sales man and told him that is too early that I can experience problems that I need to pay for, he said they will sort it out for me I waited until today they are running away , I called the store and the area managers they keep on promising to call me back but never did, they took my precarious for trade in i'm now stuck with the faulty car that I cannot afford to pay, and the bank told my that even if I return it I'll still be liable to pay a short fall.as this car is not R460k that they told me and signed for its actually R800k plus intrest of R300k that is 1M+ , I need help

Bad service ever
Very disgusting service..they only care about client's money ,not their needs..i bought a key faulty ..reader the sales guy dont even care he just lying when i ask about a refund.he told me that hes busy looking with suppliers..i know hes lying .i have to go after him after what he promised..i will never recommend motor city at boyseen to any one..the **** people money..selling faulty spare and dont even care.

Bad service ever

Motor city scammers
I recently bought a car at motor city Pietermaritzburg and they are very good at scamming people they over charged me. I wouldn't advise anyone to buy at that dealership

I feel that I was scammed by Motor City PMB
Hello I bought a car at motorcity in PMB and after two weeks the car started showing problems and only to notice that some of the cars parts are not the original parts of the car and It seems like the car has been once involved in an accident.The drivers door could hardly be closed, the windows on the car have different codes and the drivers side were dimed windows with smash and grab and the others clear windows with no smash and grab.The drivers door inside had the door pilling off.I was told the car was brand new only to find out the car had 2000km and its a demo that wa sold to me at a very high price than the normal car retail value. Now after this two weeks trying to return the car and now they are telling mr stories and they have not given me the spare keys,delaying to send me the contract.

Scammers and Crooks
Crooks and scammers who sold me a car with extras worth 65000 on a car which costs under 200 K and worst part of it is the extras weren’t even fitted in the car. When contacted they promised to payback the money to the bank but they did no such a thing for over 3 months now, I even took the matter to my lawyers to assist

Complaints about Spare Key in Motor City in Durban
My name is Nomonde Jekeqa. I've got a complain which I would love you to help me to revolve. In June 2019 I bought a Q7 Audi model 2016 at Motor City in Durban. I did not get the spare key for the car. I waited up until 1 November 2020, the person who bring the key is Mr Ndamase. He left the key to the security of the flats where I live to my surprise the key was not working I phoned him to ask about this then he said maybe its the battery of the spare key, I said they must replace the battery of which he did not longer answer my calls. please help me
