We imported our vehicle from New Zealand. It was cleared by customs 25th March 2025. We submitted all the necessary documents to the traffic department for registration on the 9th April 2025. To date we have not had our car registered. Lame excuses such as public holidays and the system is down. It's now almost 2 months and still no registration

My elderly father and I needed to change ownership of his car at the Pinelands vehicle department. We had some issue with the paperwork but the lady and her supervisor who assisted were extremely patient and helpful, and we managed to sort everything out. Thank you for excellent service.

paid my licenese sometime in June around the 17th before the due date was told my dish would posted ,and to wait a month ,more than a month later my disk has still not arrived ,called them to enquire if I could go into the office and was told I would need to pay a pro-rata ???for what why should I pay for a service you could not deliver ?people are told to use the e-service as they have skeleton staff and to avoid COVID etc ,but this is the bull**** we have to put up with afterwards

I bought a JMC Carrier last year 2020 in September from a agent in Brakpan, but they unfortunitly closed down, I'm sending emails to JMC SA Head office but with no reply from them, im still waiting for the registration papers, and currently driving with a invallid permit, no reply to emails or direct cell phone calls. Any fines will be directed to head office for payment.

Good day to who it may concern So regarding renewal of car license disks. The people between March and June 2020 got a extension till End August 2020. What I find appauling is that people stand from 5am/6am in queues to get there license done. Yet we are still impacted with overdue license and no extension given. There is no systematic way at the airport license renewal. Where I experienced at strandfontein branch there was a cut off in the line.

At Promenade mall for 3 days I have been struggling to pay my car license, I stood in a line from the time they had opened, just to be told that they are closing because they do not get paid overtime to do more work! And they only supposed to service 50 people a day! What bull**** is that! Do they have any idea the **** that this pandemic has made for the everyday worker! It is the most pathetic excuse to use that they do not get paid over time! They only open at 9 am and close at 3 pm not even a full day of work! How are people that work till late hours in the night(overtime) supposed to pay their license if they can't! A worker from their centre came out smoking a cigarette slowly waiting for the time to pass! Then told us his not letting anyone else in because they don't get paid overtime! I truly hope and pray that people like this, people that make our lives so difficult! I hope they pay the price!
