On 16 March 2022 i took my GWM 2015 model 1.5T to Motorama as the vehicle was serviced with them in January 2022.My insurance assisted me to transport the vehicle to them. I have been waiting since then for my vehicle as every time the part that they get is wrong. When i call i speak to Sydney at parts and every time he says that he will update me in what is happening. The part that is damaged on my H6 is the oil cooler. Can it be possible that there is no part available for my vehicle in South Africa. I thought all Gwm is easily available.

Good day, I bought a GWM Steed 5 from Motorama Goodwood. I took possession of the vehicle the last day of Dec 2020 and you know what the reason for that was. However I need to bring to your attention as reader that it is now 15 days later and I still do not have my new registration plates and licence. Every request made, I get told the proxy is busy with it or the proxy is still at the traffic department. Can you believe this. I work for a transport company and our proxy does vehicle licencing at AVTS in the Boquinar Industrial area and it takes less than 2 hours. Now you tell me, what does this story sounds like?

Worst service I’ve ever got in my whole 27 years of existence ???????????????????????????????????????????????????????? I went to service my car and it took them 8 working days to fix it, I constantly had to call them for updates and they couldn’t even fetch me from my home because I don’t live within a “10 KM radius” yet I was with them dropping a man 17 km away, I really don’t know whether it is I’m a woman or black that they couldn’t even give me a single update while they had my car with them. If I’d ever use them for service then I’d be out of my mind.

My intent was to buy a car , upon collection there was a big miss on the engine, sluggish gear shift. Did not go ahead with the deal but had to pay a R5000 fee that they now refuse to pay back to me and have the what’s app conversion with the dealer.

I traded in my previous vehicle in for a new vehicle on the 3 March at Motorama Goodwood. The salesman named Marty assisted us in this.I've signed an agreement with them that they would settle my previous vehicle. Up till today which is the 30 April they have never settled my previous vehicle where the bank keeps taking off a payment for my previous vehicle that I had. Now I don't understand why should I pay for a car that I no longer have? The same thing happened last month and we fought for that money. They eventually paid it and Marty promised that they would settle my previous vehicle. The bank took off the payment again this month, and we have to fight again for this money which belongs to me as the customer. Everytime we call Marty he keeps saying the owner will call us back which was 3 days ago and we still waiting. We called again and he said that his busy with a client. This is shocking service from this dealer. This is an example of bad service from a car salesman and a dealership.

I bought a 2008 3door Ford Fiesta from Motorama in June 2016. Before buying the car I was actually assured that it was a 2009 model (and the paper work did say 2009), but I found out 3 door ford fiestas were discontinued in 2008. They lied about the year. Shortly after buying the car, it started struggling to start. I was told some of my wires were melted. I had to get those replaced. Soon after, I found out I needed to replace the water pump, idler tensioner, cambelt tensioner, fan belt tensioner and timming belt. I replaced all of those. After that, my driver seat window motor also became worn out an stopped working, so I also had to replace that. NOW my engine has completely seized, I was told this was due to an oil filterer that wore out. I now need to sell my car after only having it for about a year and a half. My car is now going for less than a quarter of what I paid for it, if I even manage to sell it. Motorama is filled with liars, who sell faulty cars. I have had an absolute nightmare experience and have had to spend thousands on repairs. DO NOT BUY FROM MOTORAMA!

I FEEL ITS MY DUTY TO THE PUBLIC THAT I WRITE THIS AND EVEN THO ITS VERY DIFFICULT TO PULL ONE OVER ME I FOUND THAT IT NEARLY HAPPENED ON MORE THAN ONE OCCASION WHEN PURCHASING MY NISSAN PATHFINDER FROM MOTORAMA GOODWOOD. I BEEN IN CORPORATE SALES FOR 8 YEARS SO I KNOW A THING OR TWO ABOUT SERVICE AND INFORMATION. FIRSTLY RUI SPINOLA IS A NICE GUY WHEN YOU MEET HIM BUT THE AMOUNT OF HALF TRUTHS AND BLATANT LYING THAT TRANSPIRED AFTER OUR INITIAL MEETING IS ALMOST HARD TO BELIEVE. I STILL WENT THRU WITH THE DEAL BECAUSE I HAD TO SEPARATE THE VEHICLE FROM THE DEALERSHIP AND DECIDE WHAT IM WILLING TO PUT UP WITH TO GET THE CAR THAT I BEEN LOOKING FOR A LONG TIME. RUI SAID THE CAR WAS IN FANTASTIC CONDITION AND THAT HE WAS GONNA BUY THE SAME ONE ETC AND DIDNT HESITATE TO DRIVE THE CAR TO MY FRIEND THAT WORKS AT NISSAN TO CHECK THE CAR OUT. THE CAR BODY AND LOOKS WAS IMMACULATE BUT THE FRIEND MECHANIC SAID THAT THE CLUTCH WAS ABOUT TO GIVE IN VERY SOON AND THAT THE FRONT BRAKES WAS WORN. HE SAID DO NOT TAKE THIS CAR IN THIS CONDITION AND INSIST ON A NEW CLUTCH AND FLYWHEEL WHICH WOULD COST R20 000 AT THE DEALERSHIP TO BE DONE. I NEGOTIATED THAT I WILL PAY AN EXTRA R5K ON THE PRICE IF THEY DID THE JOB IN HOUSE ETC AND THEY AGREED. THAT AFTERNOON I WENT THRU TO SIGN THE DEAL AND RUI SAID NA THE CAR IS IN THE WORKSHOP AND THEY STARTING ON THE WORK ETC, AS I WALKED IN THE CAR WAS STILL ON THE FLOOR - MAJOR WARNING SIGN BUT I LET IT SLIDE. IT TOOK MORE THAN A WEEK TO GET THIS DONE, ALL THE EXCUSES IN THE BOOK FROM THE WRONG PART THAT ARRIVED ETC. WHEN THE PART ARRIVED RUI SAID U WILL HAVE UR CAR TOMORROW, MY MECHANIC FRIEND SAID NO CHANCE IT WILL TAKE AT LEAST 2 DAYS WHICH IT DID BUT RUI JUST SAYS ANYTHING, IM CONVINCED THAT HE HAS NO CLUE WHAT THE WORDS TOMORROW OR LATER ACTUALLY MEANS. MY TRADED IN MY POLO USED THE BALANCE LEFT AS A DEPOSIT AND ALSO REQUESTED THAT R4250 BE PAID TO ME. IT TOOK AAAAAAAAGES TO GET MY MONEY ALSO I WAS CHARGED R4500 ON ROAD COSTS BUT I ENDED UP HAVING TO GET MY LICENCE AND ALSO RECEIVED THE WRONG SIZE NUMBER PLATE FOR MY CAR MORE THAN 2 MONTHS AFTER SIGNING THE OFFER TO PURCHASE, MORE THAN TWO MONTHS!!!!!!!!! I DODGED A BIG BULLET WITH THE CLUTCH THRU MY DUE DILIGENCE. I WAS CHARGED ON THE ROAD COSTS OF OVER R4000 BUT I ENDED UP DOING MOST OF THE WORK. THE WORST THING OF ALL WAS THE LIES AND I CANT STAND THAT IN PEOPLE. LIE AFTER LIE AFTER LIE. NOT MAJOR LIES OVER MAJOR ISSUES JUST CONSTANT LIES OF WHEN THINGS WILL HAPPEN. I SAID I WAS IN SALES BEFORE AND AS SOON AS I SIGNED THE PAPERS, RUI ATTITUDE CHANGED THE MORE I GOT TIED IN THE DEAL THE LESS ATTENTION I GOT, LIKE A NOOSE AROUND MY NECK TIGHTENING. I WILL SEND ANYONE AN EMAIL OF THE WHATSAPP MESSAGED AND E-MAIL CORRESPONDENCE I HAD WITH RUI AND MOTORAMA AND YOU CAN DECIDE IF THIS COMPLAINT IS WORTH WHAT IM WRITING. I DONT NEED TO WRITE THIS BUT I FEEL ITS MY DUTY TO THE PUBLIC TO LET YOU KNOW. I WONT USE THE RACIST CARD CHEAPLY EVER, I THINK ITS SOMETIMES A CHEAP OPTION PEOPLE USE BUT FOR PERIODS IN THIS DEAL TOWARDS THE END I FELT THAT RUI ALMOST WANTED TO SEE HOW FAR I WOULD GO BECAUSE HE BLATANTLY DIDNT GIVE A DAMN TOWARDS THE END BECAUSE THE DEAL WAS DONE CONTRACTUALLY BUT EVERYTHING ON THEIR SIDE WASNT COMPLETE!!!!!! CONTACT ME FOR PROOF

BOUGHT NEW GWM STEED 5 IN MAY 2015. HAD TO TAKE BACK VEHICLE TO DO ROADWORTHY, WHICH WASN'T DONE BEFORE DELIVERY. SPEEDOMETER WAS DISCONNECTED WHEN VEHICLE WAS DRIVEN BEFORE SALE. PARK DISTANCE CONTROL SOLD AS FEATURE BUT THIS SPECIFIC VEHICLE DIDN'T HAVE PDC, WHICH WE DISCOVERED AFTER DELIVERY. WITHIN THE FIRST WEEK THE SPEEDOMETER SENSOR HAD TO BE REPLACED. CANOPY WAS DIFFERENT FROM ONE \SOLD"TO US ON THE FLOOR"
