Where not to service your BMW Motorcycle

<p>I sent my F800 in for a service to Motorrad Tech in Benoni September last year and also requested Justin to rectify a cutting-out problem on the bike. He then replaced the petrol pump. 300KM later and the problem is worse than ever. When I called him to discuss my annoyance he was once again fairly arrogant and told me to bring in the bike. Travelling  a 100km on the busiest road in SA with such a problem is not the safest thing to do. I told him that he should come and collect the bike and rectify the problem. He promised to contact me the following week to make arrangements. This never happened. 3 weeks later and I still sit with a service I paid for that is not complete = Pathetic service!!</p>
