I won a competition with Motsweding FM in October 2024. Another company was giving out the prizes. But I didn't receive mine. I told the radio station that I didn't receive my prize and they said that they sent my details were send out so I can receive my prize but the recipient who was supposed to receive my details said they didn't get it. Now it's been 4 months and a couple weeks I'm being ignored by the person who was in charge of the competition. I sent him an email and he tagged the relevant people and scheduled a meeting with them and said he will get back to me but didn't. I sent a follow up email, I was ignored. A person from the station (Motsweding FM) also sent him a email it was also ignored. I just want my prize. I've been patient enough. The prize is a 5k shopping voucher

I won a competition on the 21 june 2019 it was called I tlhopele senotlolo hosted by Amon Mokoena and Tumi Morake. I won R500 and off air my bank account,my two cellphone numbers and my id numbers were requested from me and i provided them with.I went to their page wgereby it explains how long must a winner wait 4-6 and 6-8weeks to receive a prize, after that waiting period i communicated with them via their email, whatsapp and facebook page but they play games with me because some of my questions are being ignored.I then contacted again via facebook page and i was told they are busy and i will receive...while waiting i was again told to fill in the sabc form as to confirm if i am the right person, accompanied by a certified copy of my id and 1month bank statement and i gad to take the sabc form to the bank for stamp, guess what later on after sending the documents no one communicated with to say they have receive them,i sent them a message to ask whats new via facebook and email, however they gave confirmed that they have indeed received them and they have forwarded them to the head office.Last week i was told they were busy processing my payment and i must be patience at least for a week that ended yesterday and since there was no communition until today that i asked them what is happening,i then was told they are going to do the investigations and by end of today i will have my answer..i am not happy at all because its been long now 4months and why is it so hard to pay me and why are they doing competitions openly for the listeners knowing they are going to keep the winner's prizes for themselves and thrir selfishness ??it hurts me because no one answers my calls not even the office number keeps on ringing

last year November 8, 2017, a man called kgm was interviewed on a late night show called kopa dilalelo .his mission was to reclaim and restore Africa RRA .in short it turns out that we were out to defraud people by charging them 100 rands to join his organisation which turned out to be a pyramid scheme, I tried getting hold of the radio station motsweding fm that gave him a platform to investigate and save people by exposing him as they the one that encouraged him but no one bothered to respond I tried every means of communication there is out there on their website but no one bothered to respond or even acknowledged my request.this is bad especially if you claiming to be there for the community.i woud like to warn anyone about this incident .that radio station is full of useless hopeless bunch of counter productive no good individuals only there to get paid and do nothing to help community

Good day, I still have not received my Cuddlers prize that I won last year in December on Motsweding FM on Friday the 5th or 12th December 2015 between 11am-12pm. I am not happy about this poor service because my son is now fully potty training. How can it take a whole year to deliver a prize? Please can someone help me look into this.
