I'm surprise that there isn't any feedback from Motus Nissan East Rand Mall, they don't bother to read my message and respond to my bad experience sent on 03rd March 2026. I even emailed the Branch Manager, Debby Smith on my issues with Motus Nissan on 06th March and her rep**** was "she will get back to me". Nothing happens till today. If I don't receive a solution to sort out my pending issues by Wed, 11th March the latest, I will contact MIOSA for assistant.

I have purchased my pre-owned Haval H2 1.5T at Motus Nissan East Rand Mall in Boksburg on 27th Dec 2025. After 2-3 days, I noticed there were couple of issues in my car. I informed the Salesman immediately of the issues. Then I took my car back to them on 27th Jan 2026 for repairs and the Vehicle Evaluation Manger, Gil was handling my case. I collected my car back on 29th Jan 2026. Below are the 2 main pending issues: 1st issue: One of the issues was on the dashboard, there will be indication when the car door was opened. However, in my car, it shown the front passenger door was opened when I have opened the driver door. It does the same vice versa on the other side. There is no issue on the back seat of the car door indication on dashboard. Gil told me that the Haval H2 is an European car and the setting is like that. Clearly Gil was bluffing me. There is a mechanical issue and Motus Select doesn’t want to fix the issue. I have also checked with my colleague at work, she is driving the same model as mine. There isn’t any faulty dashboard indication on the car door opened. 2nd issue: the windscreen rubber was broken and loosen when driving. When I collected the car on 29th Jan 2026, they put the broken windscreen rubber back to my car (not fixed). Gil told me that they have placed order for a new one for me. When the stock becomes available, she will contact me and replace it for me. I followed up with Gil on 18th Feb at 12h11 and 20th Feb at 08h52 via Whatsapp text, Gil only responded to me on 20th Feb at 10h38 and said she will confirm shortly and come back to me. Clearly she never did. Then I followed up with Gil on 27th Feb at 15h48 again and no response from her till today (03rd March). Whatsapp message not read at all. This is very bad service and I need urgent feedback from Motus Nissan East Rand Mall to fix those issues. I WILL NOT recommend to purchase your vehicle at Motus Select Nissan East Rand Mall!!

I was assisted by Sinovuyo Mpiyake to purchase my car. She was very patient, kind and really helpful throughout the whole process.

Jacqui Hammond went out of her way to seal a new deal. It was my first time purchasing a car and she took time to explain the whole process in detail. With a warm welcome she greeted both myself and my husband. When I explained that we do everything together as a family and I would like to have my children there with us with delivery she did everything to accommodate us. Thank you, you are the best and I will recommend you to all family and friends.

Wouldn’t recommend it to first time buyers who doesn’t have much knowledge on cars. Bought a preowned vehicle on the 5th of April 2025, was looking all good until I had it on my side for few days to discover that there are some damages, repairs, and noise with the car. Contacted the dealer for help, they took it for repair but still the car gave me the same issues. On the 29th of May I spoke to the sales manager and showed her all the faults with the car but she only offered to fix what they can. She emphasised that I had bought a preowned car hence I should not be surprised with the condition of the car. So many things were done wrong from the get go, there are too many red flags with the car. Missing dates and km in the service book, cable tied splash tray, noise with steering and the at the front of the car, the list goes on. Basically it’s as if I bought a car from the streets than a certified and trusted dealer like Motus. I’m very disappointed with my experience, I really expected the best from them.

I bought a Nissan magnite and ever since I bought this car I have not been happy. There are always issues. Yes the staff is very nice and always helpful but having to go back to a store to get something fixed every-time hurts. I spoke to the manager today and he said I can pop in anytime to fix the current window issue I’m facing AGAIN. Why sell me a car which always have issues? What will be next? My car is not even 1 year 5 months old but how many times have I been to Nissan to get something fixed? I really need answers to why you sold me a car that is falling apart

We sent one of the Nissans into get the brakes sorted out..We then received a quote for R10K which i reluctantly accepted..The following day they called to say they had another issue which they didnt identify which has now pushed the quote to R16K..I declined this and said we decline this quote..They then said they already fixed what was done on the R10K quote..They didnt identify the issues correctly..I would NOT use this company for repiars as there prices are rediculous..I got a price from another comapny and they were willing to carry out the same work for R8K...I will never use Nissan for my Company Fleet again EVER..
