Letta is one of the staff members that is so friendly, she is very helpful in answering any questions/ concerns. The place is clean, has very friendly staff & has is very refreshing enviroment. LOVE THIS PLACE!

Im a shareholder and after paying my levies can't get bookings ...they said its already all booked by July 2025.. so they want you to pay your levies but u don't get your week...and u can't get out of the contract unless u sell it to another sucker..im even prepared to give it for free....

I GOT A CALL ABOUT A FREE VOUCHER VISITED THE RESORT ITS BEAUTIFUL,CLEAN AND FRIENDLY STUFF.I WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYONE,SO MANY ACTIVITIES PLAY GROUND ETC.GADIJAM WAS TELLING US ABOUT HOLIDAY PLANS AND THEY ARE MUST HAVES I RATE HER 10/10 SHE IS FRIENDLY AND PATIENT

This resort doesn't care about their holiday guests. We reported two maintenance problems and the fact that their hair drier got a round 2-pont plug with no place to plug it in, to their maintenance manager. We waited about 45 minutes after we heard the manager report it and request them to fix it. We eventually left and when we came back about two hours later, they fixed the one problem but the more irritating problem was not fixed. So we went back to the maintenance manager and still had to wait more than 30 minutes for them just to come and have a look. His response about the hair drier (which another guest also complained about) was that we must rent a plug from them at R50 to be able to use it. It is só unfair to expect your guests to use their holiday funds to rent several things just because the resort won't implement better ideas.

Got a call this morning that I won a free voucher with them but when u called back to verify and get clarity the receptionist was very rude didn’t even give me a chance to ask questions she just said just come like really in this day and age where there’s a whole lot of *****sters right now am scared of risking my life and going there

What a disaster. Booked in Friday the 20th and there was no electricity. No communication was sent out prior to checking in.Runs the resort on generators only for 2 hours 3 times a day. Meat in fridge went of because couldn’t be refrigerated. Then ran out of water in taps because of no electricity. No communication to keep guests in the loop. What a waste of 12 K Booked out after second day and no one takes responsibility.
