I had ordered their AcquaBox 20-litre for several months. Although their customer service is commendable, their chosen courier falls short. The courier appears to handle packages without proper care. On one occasion, the packages were so severely damaged that Mountain Falls had to replace them. Even though it might be some of the most refreshing still water I've tasted, the 4-7 day turnaround time means I'll opt for smaller quantities, where it's conveniently available in restaurants; and source larger quantities from more widely and readily available suppliers.

I have ordered a variety of items of water a few bottles and I love it. The service is great. The one time the couriers dropped the 15L water box (which arrived damaged) and Mountains Falls responded promptly by sending me a new box as soon as I alerted them. the tap from a box is so convenient to place on the kitchen counter. #BlackFriday

Exceptional customer service! I ordered four packs of their exquisite sparkling water and one of the packs of 24 bottles had an issue with the bottles leaking and not carbonated. Clearly a bad batch. I sent an email to their order@mountailfalls.co.za address (I believe when you reply to the order confirmation email it won't get through) and that same morning a new pack was dispatched without issues. Yolanda communicated quickly and efficiently with a satisfactory replacement. When a company has an issue, that's when you see their true colours and I can really recommend this company after seeing how well they prioritize their customers. Thank you for a great experience!

After cancelling my order from Mountain Falls due to extremely poor communication from Mountain Falls to myself and the delivery of my order not being delivered on the expected dates, I decided to ask for a refund on the R750 I paid already. I was told that it would be no problem, but the lack of communication (once again) and the period that has passed already (once again) since that commitment was made is just ridiculous! I have to initiate contact every time and sometimes there isn't even a response from Neil or Michele. I even sent a owner a message, but he never replied. Neil previously mentioned that there are multiple "customers" waiting on their refunds, so I'm sure they are also still waiting on money. I've given Mountain Falls enough time to fix this issue, but my patience have run out. I will also make contact with the National Consumer Counsel and go public on multiple social media sites to expose Mountain Falls for their misleading and empty commitments. The customer service is appalling and I demand my R750 back!
