Over charging for work.

We are Property agency . We deal with a large amount of service providers. We had recently started using a company called Mountain plumbers. The first few call outs were reasonably priced. The last time we used them on a property they did not get permission to go ahead with the work. We paid them in good faith and when we queried the high cost they just have not responded. We got two other plumbers to quote and they have both quoted a R1000.00 less. My office and I have both contacted the owner Ian and he is not interested in trying to resolve this. Poor customer service and frankly a rip off! Its fine when you lose money that is your own but I feel that we have let our landlord down by dealing with this company.
