I would highly recommend that if anyone is looking for any kind of Visa, Please stay clear of Move Up. I emailed and spoke to a woman called Gwen, I asked for a quote for a visa to the UK and was told to apply for a 6-month UK Visa. I then asked for advice on a different matter. I was getting divorced and had met someone and wanted to find out what my options were for my new partner. I was told that I would need a spousal visa and a list of documents that would be needed for the process. I then asked Gwen to start with the 6 mount visitors visa to the UK and that I would think about the next step. I started supplying Gwen with all the documents required for the visitor's visa,I would send documents and not hear back from Gwen for up to 2 weeks, I would have to email Gwen time after time and at most occasions have to call to her any kind of response, every time Gwen would have some kind of excuse that she was waiting for documents that she never asked for and then Gwen would tell me that she was going to send me templates and drafted letters for me to use or just have to sign that I never received. I was then told that she would not talk to me any longer after having to beg for information and feedback, I was told that I was being rude ( I don't know where they got their customer service training ??? I was always told that you RESPECT and listen to your PAYING customers!!!! ) Here is a great service that I receive. My partner's mother passed away and that is when we discovered that Gwen and the deseed had been conspiring to de***** me, And the whole time that I was being asked to provide documents Gwen had no intentions of even applying for the UK visas for my partner. I have all the text messages that Gwen and the deceased shared in this to that I was paying Move Up for a service. I then got a different company that managed to legally obtain the Visa's that I needed in approximately six weeks, That was from application to the actual collection of the visas. I did not report this matter sooner as I was threatened by Gwen that she would report us for being untruthful and thereby preventing my partner band for 10 years from traveling to the UK, that was very professional??? I have now decided to reach out the the director of Move Up and am given the same run around that Gwen gave me by sending me lists of questions and requesting after having explained my situation. I have requested a refund for the manner that which they de*****ed me and for the mental distress that we were put throw. I have now decided that I will be taking this matter further as this is not a reputable and honest company.
