A few months ago,my wifi service just stopped .there was no way that I could contact the service provider and I already made a payment for wifi service for the month I had to change and service provider and had to pay again for the coming month.Eventually my wife got a nr and contacted someone from Moya,who said they would refund me in 30 days.After 30 days we contacted them again,but got no response.I is 3 months later and I'm still waiting on my refund.There was other people in my road that was also with them and their service just stopped without an explanation.
