I would like to bring to your attention the service me and my colleagues got from your Mozambik store in galleria mall yesterday such pathetic customer service we had order a takeaway and we were served with rotten food we had order prawns and chicken chips and quarter chicken with chips and the food was off as we speak my sick because of the food I ate and when phoned in to complain about the food the manager did not even apologise he said the problem was us and he was so rude and unprofessional over the phone your can even listen to the call record on your side he was disrespectful and we told him that we wanted our money and was told we can’t like what kind of service is that like we complaining about food is rotten and we don’t want it and we want our money back up till now we haven’t received our money back we were told that we going to receive a call this money regarding our refund but still nothing now it’s 10:13 that comes to show that service is always pathetic and they don’t care about customers we even have pictures of the food chicken n prawns rotten the fries looked bad and it’s not first being to that store and being served rotten food I still remember the date you can even check your footage me and my partner had to walk out of the restaurant and we had the manager the same thing that the food was off and he said there was problem with the food and we walked out of the restaurant,even yesterday when my colleague went to pick up the food she was waiting for so long you’ll can even check on your footage , like we always order food from other restaurant in galleria mall and we were never served rotten food and such pathetic service now it makes sense why your store is always quiet and moving I will never order food from Mozambik ever again and I will make sure that I post the picture of the food I got on social media cause this is unacceptable we had the worst customer experience ever And please train your employees on how to treat customers cause this not it and stop selling rotten and I will make sure that I post the food on twitter and tag the department of food safety and quality management so they come to your store to investigate this matter of serving customer rotten food I’ve been to different Mozambique restaurant in September was in the in Cape Town at V&A and service was great I even toke pictures of the food because of the presentation was good I really enjoyed it even the one in Gateway mall food and service 10/10 but the one in Galleria the food and service horrible even food is bad the fried chips are like the chips that you buy the ****a shop good I toke pictures of the food. I was disappointed and never gonna order anything from this store ever again.

Terrible service. The waiter was not welcoming. They did not have the starter we required and a simple thing as the welcome nuts. Took my mum for the first time to experience what everyone raves about just to be left disappointed. The owner was on the floor he never came around checking on patrons nor did he or his waiter bid us farewell. Our dearest waiter didn't even thank us and mind you we were only 1 of the 4 patrons at the restaurant so they were not busy at all just pathetic service and food.

Terrible service. The waiter was not welcoming. They did not have the starter we required and a simple thing as the welcome nuts. Took my mum for the first time to experience what everyone raves about just to be left disappointed. The owner was on the floor he never came around checking on patrons nor did he or his waiter bid us farewell. Our dearest waiter didn't even thank us and mind you we were only 1 of the 4 patrons at the restaurant so they were not busy at all just pathetic service and food.

I have to share the slow and poor service received at this establishment last night. The waiter couldn’t care about the time our food took to come. We ordered the baby chicken and a starter livers to which we mentioned that we were sharing. He brings our meals and never returns. I had to eat off the platter of the baby chicken as i was not able to get the attention of other staff member. Another Manageress stands at the entrance of the restaurant bobbing her head to the music as opposed to walking to each table attending to customers. I eventually get her attention and I get a plate but by that time the food is cold and the feeling of being spoilt is lost as that’s why we go to a restaurant so there is someone to be at your service. So our waiter eventually surfaces after the Manageress had taken over this guys duties. He surfaces not with the bill as that was given to us by the Manageress but he arrives with the credit card machine. I really did not want to tip him but still did so. The best part is he enters an amount of more than R30 of the amount that included the bill. What a f@&*n thief! Have no intention of returning. He must leave that establishment.. rather do something else but NOT hospitality.
