Would have given Zero stars if it was in fact possible.

Made an enquiry about a car and was in the area in between times given to me for viewings. Went to view the car they have listed for sale because the adverti*****t is a stunner and perfectly what I am interested in and looking for at the moment.

Happened to be in the area and went to view the car. Viewed the car and took note of all the faults not listed on the adverti*****t, discussed with the attendant helping and such and promised to discuss with the relevant parties at home that evening and give a call back the next day, not a problem so far.

Went home and discussed the transaction and such at hand and decided to make the call the next day to discuss the faults and hear their response and feedback on this.

Called the number on the card given at the viewing. Person answering very nice at first until you want to discuss the faults that weren't listed on the adverti*****t and that you only see upon viewing.

Now some of them I can understand but others would make the car unroadworthy and this to be needs to be placed in the adverti*****t as it materially affects the view of and on the car and also the consequences of the sale on the seller later on.

Didn't even get through my introduction or explanation of what I mean before the phone was put down in my ear.

I don't know if this is how they want to conduct business but to me it is extremely rude to put the phone down in someones ear while they are trying to do business with you.

I would really not recommend using them at all. No explanation, no waiting for you to even finish your sentence before ending the call. No call back explanation or anything.

Really disappointed.
