Bad customer service on MPHURI HOLDINGS

I googled for a company that would assist me on cleaning the mattress online and Kabelo from Mphuri Holdings Pty Ltd replied and offered to assist. They are specialising with cleaning and painting services. We arranged on the week of the 11th May 2020 for him to come on Saturday the 16 May 2020. Kabelo came on that Saturday after 40min of the scheduled time, and he apologised for being late and I accepted his apology. He cleaned the mattress and he asked me to monitor it and inform him about the results on the following day (Sunday, 17 May 2020). I paid him the full amount. I did inform him that there are remaining stains left out and took pics of them, he promised to come during the week of the 20-05-2020 but never came, Saturday 23-05-2020 he said he's coming at 10am but never came, when tried to call him he said he was finishing working at Midrand and waiting for a client to pay out. On Sunday the 24-05-2020, he promised to come at 9am on Monday 25-05-2020 and he kept on telling me stories such as they are waiting for a driver, they are coming soon, they are nearby but he never pitched up with no explanation. His service is very bad especially when the money is on his side, he doesn't care about client's satisfaction. I'm very devastated in him because he was promising on the first day that he will come after 6 months to check if the mattress is still in good condition with the product they put on when cleaning it. I was planning to ask them for a quote for painting services, but I'll never require for their service again, they are not trustworthy.
