Mr Ben deals - do not buy

I purchased a brand new sealed iPhone 11 from Mr Ben Deals online shop, however the phone delivered was not what I ordered and paid for. The phone delivered was a used damaged phone in an incorrect box with no details on. I immediately informed the owner of the store Adetutu Adebisi and he said it would be sorted out. To date, this has not happened.
