Disgusting Service

Disgusting service from Indran at Mr Carports. We wanted to install two carports. He requested a 70% deposit before starting (Due to materials prices apparently) which was paid the same day to minimize delays, work was only started 2 weeks later. Once the first smaller carport went up and we were not happy with the finished product he continuously delayed returning to do the second carport and discuss what would be done to improve the first. A month and a half later after constant lies about delays in materials and lack of staff he eventually states that he would rather "pay back the difference" than return to complete the job.....to date (another 2 weeks later) still no refund received of over R9000! Mr Carports are a bunch of thieves...DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!
