Rip of Artists Mr DStv d Cctv Bela Bela
This "company" is the biggest rippof business. Charged me R9748 for my DSTV aerial installation. I provided the dish and they installed a new LNB which they charged me R5500. Took them less than an hour for the work. New LNBs go for between R300 to R500. 2 weeks of communication and promises of refunds have come to nought. BE VERY AWARE OF THESE *******

Mr DSTv - Rediculous amounts charged for service
They pitched up late for the appointment and drove a Fortuner. Overcharged without clearing the additional charges with you, and even at the end, when I tried negotiating, they were not willing to lower the price. Charge you R1250 for an LNB which costs R300 at Hifi Corp or Incredible Connection. The installation cost over the phone was R350 call out and then R18 per m. for cable. I was charged close to R3000 for installing an LNB and setting up dual view. Not even 3m of cable was used. These are ridiculous amounts that were charged. I will never use them again.

Go elsewhere for anything to do with DSTV repairs
Similar to the other reviews - I had faulty signal for 5-10 of my DSTV channels, others working fine. The owner Chris asked where I lived, gave him an address and he said there would be a R350 call out fee. I offered to pay him upfront as I was going to be out for the day. Next thing he phones and sends through an invoice for R2,999. Charging me another R950 for work done and then R1,699 for a part that I could have sourced for less than R500 - no comms until invoice came through and said he would wait at my house until I had paid. Terrible, terrible experience. This is my first ever review on Hellopeter and would never recommend this 'person'.

DSTV problem

I tried phoning 3 more times but with no reply, also no response from WhatsApp messages. Eventually next day I tried DSTV Agency at Table View and the guy helped me solve the problem over the phone./

DSTV problem

Don't, don't use this company, overcharging like hell!!! Have proof, reported them to DSTV Accredited Installers as well !!!!

Ridiculous Cost and taking advantage of old age pensioners
Horrific, 15 minutes work at a cost of R950 labor + call out fee for R350 that they were happy to charge to old age pensioners. No remorse from the owner Chris. Quote not given prior to work commencing. They also charge absolute highest possible cost for parts.

worst Multichoice recommended repairers ever
This is the most rip off company ever, got them off the Multichoice website as an authorized repairer, charged R4600.00 and next day had same, NO SIGNAL sign, whatsapped a pic, no reply, worked for a bit,, then not, many unanswered phone calls later, no reply no result, stopped answering calls, then my son called, and got a response from Chris, who promised and failed to appear more than 5 times. Got someone else to call and another "team" arrived and said it is not their problem as they are not the same company, logo different on their invoice, but phone numbers and CK number the same? And all Zimbabwians?? Well, Multichoice, as a direct result of your no care attitude, as well as your selected repairer, I am cancelling my contract and bid you one happy farewell, no more reruns, always wondered why you had CATCHUP, and stuff produced in the last 2 years!!!
