Do not use Mr House Plumbing
I don't recommend Mr House Plumbing. Supported Mr House Plumbing for over 10 years as their services has always been top notch. Just got the most awful response from Louis after trying to make arrangements with regards to replacing a toilet because I messaged him 18:08 today. Telling me how rude and disrespectful I am to demand his attention this time at night. I communicated the day before and he ignored me. I was just attempting to make arrangements and giving many options that can suite everyone and just after 18:00 is not NIGHT time. Most working individuals get home this time from work. I won't recommend using Louis and team not because of their work quality but for treating a long standing client just plain ****py without reason. There is just no more appreciation for loyalty. Glad your business are doing so well you don't care to loose clients.

Bad service
Very unhappy with their services, they failed to detect a leak on my property saying the meter was faulty. I had the meter replaced at a fee only to be informed by JHB Water that the meter is not faulty the property does in actual fact have a leak. I then contacted them to inform them of this and request that they do another leak detection test to establish exactly where the leak was. They advised that they would need me to pay for another test. I informed them that I was not happy paying for a second test as they failed to detect the leak in the first test done. Have not heard from them since. I would definitely not recommend their services.

Bad service

Best Plumbing Service
What an enlightening experience. They are highly professional, very efficient and at the same time very friendly. They offer sound advice and get the job done. If you need a plumber, do not hesitate, do not waste time on Google, just phone and speak to Louis.

Quick response and friendly service
A big thanks to Leonard who came out and dealt with the issue with my bathroom on the same day. He was friendly and did a great job. Would definitely use them again! #SupportLocal

Excellent service
<p>Called Mr House plumbing to ask if they could unblock a drain for me. Got instant reply and immidiate service, they sorted the problem out. They are also highly cost effective compared to similar companies. </p> <p>Drain got blocked agian two weeks later but in a different place, they came out and with no hassles got this problem sorted as well, no charge and very professional. Will use them in the future and will highly recommend them.</p>
