Neels is the biggest *****.

We hired him for maintenance work, painting and fixing our roof. The quality of work was so poor, even insulting. He was never onsite to manage his workers. Everyday less and less workers showed up. He couldn't pay his staff and we even felt sorry for them and pay him an additional amount of money above what we already paid. They never completed the work. The roof is leaking, worse then before, the paintwork is terrible.

He over promise and under deliver. We are busy with legal action, but he keeps moving around.
