This is one of those companies that I would have given a -5 stars if I could. Absolutely no communication from them and when you eventually get hold of some one, they claim the item is out of stock and then delay the delivery without prior communication. Update. It's been 3 weeks and I'm still waiting. Atleast Payfast has responded that they're looking into the matter. Payfast has refunded my purchase.

It's been almost a year since I ordered stuff from them and to date, no response. Not even Hello Peter had any effect. This raises a very important question. All this noise about the 'customer' and value, design and experience, focus etc, is it just one big lie. Leading to questions in quality and standards and are those lies to? I've also noticed some private institutions don't comply with ethical standards, authenticity is easily identifiable and the value of a customer is usually louder than everything else. So, after one year, numerous emails and calls, I didn't receive a single response nor acknowledgment. Even an apology would have indicated some standards. I wonder what the reason would be. Is it because I am in Africa and what do we know? Hello Peter is useless and ineffective and I should try an alternate platform? Is the American standard applied to everyone else but them, maybe it's just noise and they're confident they will get away with it? Only certain types of cookies predominantly and originally American websites is the deciding factor? My final question being the distinct difference between UK and US standards. In order to be heard and taken seriously, raising the current standards forced onto us, be more insistent on authentic and real. Generalization being made from my own experience Hinting on the company culture and service level efficiency.

Not only were products advertised as being "in stock" on their site, it was only after payment and projected delivery date had lapsed and I contacted them did I get any response. Deliveries kept being postponed and email upon email went unanswered. An order in December 2020 due for delivery in January 2021 has not arrived and I very much doubt it will. There was no communication, no delivery of products and no refund. There is now no way to contact them because their site is no longer active.

Tell me what is so simple about putting in an order and going through all the niceties like asking them to separate the salad in a AK steak roll. I get all the alerts wow he is quick. Guess what salad is not separated. AK 47 is a mess up

Mr Shopper was clearly a scam. The last I heard was an email from Ian Rubenstein. Now they are uncontactable. No goods delivered and no refund forthcoming. Has anyone successfully taken them to court and got their money back?

My money (R5400) is gone and I have accepted that. But I paid through PAYFAST. PAYFAST was negligent to associate themselves with a scam company. They did not conduct due diligence on the company. Hence that company has disappeared with a lot of consumers' monies. I still think that PAYFAST should account for their negligence.
