From machines not working and struggling to sync, to technicians taking on Vehicles they have no clue about and ******ing up the suspension and likely the transmission, then having the nerve to blame a different service, after the vehicle had entered their premises for a simple alignment after a tyre change, only to cause irreparable damage to my vehicle. I will not recommend, and have given this enterprise 24 hours to come up with a plausible solution before I introduce legal action and the media. Junaid Jaffer and Reyaasdien Jaffer your Service and accountability is Pathetic. 08:46 19/09/2022 Now 36 Hours Later and no contact or response to any form of communication. Contact From RMH has been made where they now indicate that the alignment on their business premises is not theirs and privately owned. Bare in mind they on both google and their website indicate alignment as a core service, this while having there branding all over the alignment with absolutely no distinguish in separation of enterprise. Still absolutely no accountability and will continue with legal action with now additional clauses , false adverti*****t and absolute disregard for any quality of service. “Pillar to Post” Will be updated as long as this continues
