I placed and order and paid for a remote more than a month ago, I have not received my order, made numerous calls not answered, emails unanswered , looks like I will have to cut my loses as seems been ****med....

I ordered 2 remotes from MrRemote.co.za, more than a week and a half ago. I tried calling them to find out about my order, but nothing. Only voicemail. Looks like I have also been ****ed out of my money. Do not buy from them!

I placed an online order and paid for the order on February 7, 2024. I tried to contact them on their cell phone number, Facebook page, WhatsApp, as well as per email. As of today, I have not received any response or feedback from them regarding my order. The cell number seems not to be working anymore.

I ordered a few items (new remote, cradle and battery), received an order confirmation and received the items a week later. No issues. Would recommend though that an estimated time for delivery be emailed to the buyer within a day or two after the order is placed and paid for.

I feel that I have been duped, by a company that gets the first results in a Google search for particular remotes I need. You can not register on the site, so only have the confirmation e-mail that I paid for the order, which was a week ago. No response to contacting them through the site, nor by the e-mail address supp****. The listed number does not exist, and its the only number listed online. Either very poor communication skills, or the place no longer exists and the money for orders goes who knows where. Suppose lesson learnt, make contact with a company before placing any order, to make sure you have a clear line of communication.

Prompt delivery of a defective product. Return policy states such defects must be reported within 7 days. Sent e-mails to all listed addresses, and tried to contact on the telephone number listed under support. Phone number immediately divert to voicemail, and needless to say nobody calls back. None of the e-mails are being answered.

Be careful, I ordered remotes over a week ago, a lot and emailed them to find out about tracking number and no response whole week. I tried the number on their site and it doesnt exist. I am probably being scammed no store takes a week to respond or give you tracking number. Stay away
