Worst dealership in history. I was sold a 2013 BMW 320i m sport for R 233 000 which had 125 000 kms reflecting on the dash board. I realised when I took it to bmw after a year to get a quote for a service that the kms on the car were reversed. When bmw scanned the car keys they found that the actual mileage of the car is 226 000kms. The car brake pads and disc's, tyres were worn out when I bought it, which cost me even more. I tried to reach them but they have closed down in benoni I have no where else to go. It was such a terrible experience, now I'm stuck with a car financing debt with a car that's worth half the value of the loan ****it Maan!!!!!

i purchased a car from M&S Motorlink in Benoni in Sept 2019 where the air con was not working, mind you- i came from PORT ELIZABETH had to travel down with the car and no air-con. I was told by Waseem that they will sort it out . its 24 March stil no resolution. Im sorry, i would not recommend people buying from this dealership. They have no after sales sevice for their clients.

The worst Dealership I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. My wife applied for finance which was declined, but they took it upon themselves to apply for finance in my name. That should have been enough to scare me off, but we really wanted this particular car. Needless to say, we proceeded with the deal. The lady that handled our finance was a breath of fresh air but as it turns out, that was going to be as good as it gets. Once we collected the vehicle we noted several minor problems. We listed these problems over the next couple of days, returned the vehicle with a list of issues, about 10 or 12 of them. About two weeks later we got the car back with a big smile from the Sales Agent, claiming that all the issues have been taken care of. None of them were taken care of! We also noticed that the mileage had increased severely. It is a nice car so we figured someone there probably took it for a couple of joy rides. Then the car came up with a warning sign to check the water/coolant level. It took 2.5l of water to fill. One week later we got the same message and again it took almost 3l to fill up. There were no obvious leakages so our Mechanic at my workplace suggested that we return the car since it obviously had a serious engine problem. Let’s just say this is the sort of car you do not want an engine problem with. So we took it back, this time we took a photo of the odometer prior. This was in December. I am writing this review in late January. We do not have the car back and no one can tell us where the car is. It would seem as if the car has been sold again but what we know for sure is that it has “disappeared”. When we spoke to the finance lady, we were told that we would have to pay 33K to cancel the deal (we never even asked to cancel the deal). I got hold of the bank that financed the vehicle, whom up until this stage had never been in communication with me whatsoever, this despite four installments already having been paid. Turns out the contact info they have for me, was actually that of the dealership. So here is where I stand at the moment: I do not have the car, I do not know where it is, I have paid 4 installments on it, I am still paying insurance on this car (too scared to cancel) and no one who seems to be able to offer me any sort of assistance. The case is now with the Ombudsman who I am still waiting to hear from. Come back for the next chapter of my story of horrors but whatever you do, do not purchase a vehicle from M&S Motorlink or you may be the next unsuspecting victim.

I bought a VW CC from them. The wipers were torn, front tires on their limits, shocks leaking, alarm intermittently triggering with no siren (alarm invoiced on the purchase document). Oil level double what it should be. On test drive, they said it has a service history which they could not provide after contract was signed. No spare key. One mirror mechanism is broken which was simply wedged in place. This did not last. 3rd time in for repair 3 months after the purchase with the bank asking for RWC, last service invoice and repair invoices. None provided to date. Worst service ever. Because of the bank’s involvement, a courtesy car was provided. Both rear tires failed within a few days. no spare, service 6000km overdue, airbag and safety belt warning light on. Tire warning light on. I was told not to worry about this. Empty promises. The courtesy car is now also standing with 2 flat tires at my place. Please don’t buy a car from them.

Shocking Service, We traded our BMW in with them and bought another BMW from them. The contract was signed on the 22 July. It's now the 06 August and they have not yet paid the settlement for the vehicle we traded in, we keep getting told it will be paid today, then another day goes by and nothing is paid. We were also charged R 5000 for the 150 000km service, when we queried over and over on what exactly was done on that service, they ( M&s Motorlink ) picked up the service was not actually done. We then took the vehicle in last weekend for the service, only to find out later all they did was change the oil filter and the oil. And to add a cherry to the cake, we still 3 weeks later waiting for our number plates. ( our temps have already expired ) I have sent messages which don't get replied to, and when I call empty promises are made. The service is unacceptable and actually disgusting.

Good evening My name is Raymond, I bought a Red Mini Cooper S from M&S Motorlink ( Moeseedat@msmotorlink.co.za) ( moe@msmotorlink.co.za) on the 25th of June and it was delivered to me on the 26 of June late at night. On the 27th afternoon when came back from work I took a car for radio installation, as I was driving the car gave me warning lights and I reported it to Steve and Nhlanhla (Car Salesman). The feedback I got was they will go away, it might be the fuses mybe they need to be replaced or Sensors. Then on the 5th of June at around 8pm or 9pm if not mistaken on my way to Limpopo from Mpumalanga, Just around Mathoks on the N1 the car started smoking heavily in the front. Only to find out that there is oil leaking, I called Mahomed from the dealership on his cell number which is 0720778683 to ask for help because I didn't have any number for insurance or roadside assistance. Of which he gave me the number and the policy number, The road assistance only manage to arrive early hours of the morning. Meaning I spent almost the whole night on the side of the road. The worst part was that I had to make a plan for me, my mom and the kids on how we get home Coz no one was willing to help on that one. On Saturday the 6th, I called the same number that Mahomed gave me to find out about the courtesy car. The guys said they only help with road assistance as for the courtesy car i should call Carget (Car Finance Bank). They gave me a landline number that just rang with no answer, i then decided to call Mahomed asking for assistance if he can help with an alternative number soh that I can get a car for my return trip on Sunday. I don't even wana think of that Phone call as the experience was so bad, he was so rude to me in a way that he ended up hanging a phone on me. I decided to make a plan and see how I get back to Mpumalanga on Sunday, Then on Monday I contacted Nhlanhla to find out what's the way forward when the situation is like this, he said he will talk to his supervisor and they will contact me. I never received any call from them, up untill I got a call from Steve asking the whereabouts of the car. Mind you since the incident happened I'm the one calling, sending WhatsApp massages but no one was helping. Mahomed even read my WhatsApp and never said a thing. Being feed up with all this I decided that I can't work with people who don't care about there clients, then I decided to send emails and WhatsApp (+27 64 760 3949) to Carget (info@carget.co.za) requesting for termination of agreement, even now as I'm sending this email no one has bothered to call me and updated me on what's happening. I only had a car for 9 if not 10 days Coz the car was only delivered to me on the 26 late at night. Hopefully the bank and the dealership are not expecting me to pay for something I don't have and with the trauma they have put me through!!!.... Guys when you hear the name M&S Motorlink and Carget, Run for your life. They don't about the clients Regards Raymond
