**** diploma
I graduated at MSC business college 2018 and got my diploma in 2019 along I thought I was holding a national diploma but I was wrong and only finding out that my so called diploma is a higher certificate that they wrote Nqf level 5 with 243 credits I have been trying to get hold of them but none of their numbers are working

1st year Diploma
I went to MSC Business College Midrand campus many times trying to call as well am not winning, I wanted to collect my 1st year diploma certificate and am not winning at all and campus is always closed

I NEED MY MONEY BACK FROM MSC BUSINESS COLLEGE I'VE WAITED ENOUGH NOW
I've been waiting for 5years to complete my my Diploma in International Tourism, the campus where I was doing it closed down and I was told that they will contact me on how to go about completing my course. I have one course left to complete and I've been trying to contact MSC Business College, I called in and I was given an email address which is (lungi@msccollege.co.za) I sent out the email to the person with no feedback. I've paid so much of money to study with the College (I pay something like R12000) for the last course that I need to do to complete my Diploma. I'm honestly tired of going in circles with MSC Business College. I would really like my money back. If I don't get feedback from MSC Business College I will turn this into a legal battle, because I have all my proof of payments that have been made and I was done paying for my studies before the college closed down.

SHUT DOWN MSC BUSINESS COLLEGE
This college seems to be managed by toddlers playing "school" in day care. It's operations, procedures and administration is like that of grown adults running around like headless chickens not knowing what they are doing. From registration it was downhill. Classes started and my sister's credentials were not found on their system. She could not attend classes nor access their site where they upload activities and tasks for their students. She fell behind as a result of this and no provision was made for her to catch up considering the error was on Msc. Yesterday on 02 May 2024, my sister and some classmates were to write a test in East London. The studying is online and you visit campus to write. When she got there she was told the test has been postponed. The test was from 9am to 12pm, they told her when she got to the venue that the test has been postponed. The HOD/Principal stated that he/she sent out communication at 7:30am on the day of the test and the lecturers were to communicate with the students. My sister and the two other students were told by their lecturer (Siphokazi) that she sent the message via WhatsApp to a group where my sister and these other students were not added. What in the actual **** MSC?

No communication and reliability
I wrote my 4/4 subject with Rustenburg campus in 2022 and they promised to combine all my subjects for me under one certificate. I waited the whole month of November 2022 for the certificate. When I went to them in December I was told that they don't think they will get the certificates as its already December holidays. I then went there in January and to my surprise the branch was closed with no communication sent. Fortunately I had an admin lady cellphone number. She then confirmed that the campus is closed and I will have to contact the DHET myself for that certificate. I then did that but was told they only help centres not individuals. I then went online and got the contact for the MSC administrator(Ziyanda Mjoli)who I explained my story to. She then said she will request the certificate for me then I will have to make means that it get to me via courier( did not mind that). But she later said the certificates are only obtained there by the DHET(where I was told they can not help an individual). After that email I asked her about the way forward she has now stop responding to my emails. I then emailed to info@msccollege.co.za by instruction from there whatsapp number. But they have said they will look into the matter and its over a month now.

MSC online learning experience is great!
I've enjoyed my experience with MSC Education since the beginning of my studying this year. Online education is a bit of an adjustment but i'm grateful to be able to work and study at the same time. Thank you MSC for the great experience and service and care you've provided me so far.

horrible experience
i am suppose to write my hr final integrated summative assessment, so did pay the required amount that was need and i ask for the books since my laptop was ****** a year ago and the respond i got from the school was ' there's nothing i can do, so if the school can help me who's suppose to help me? do i have to forget about my qualification?.
