Greetings Dear Sirs/Madam Very dissapointed as per the construction, repairs and after sales services, services after purchasing my unit 54 peach orchard was deceived by Mr Marco as per the finishing touches from snags, to retention to lack of expertise to repair the structural damages visibility also verbally abused and threatened by Mr Louis Van Tonder as witnessed and recorded. Enforcing me to move after having paid not able to repair and give me my value as im not able to deceive another as they have deceived, lied and cheated me. Having showed them the painted and chipped tiles, cracks in the walls, all the walls are skeef geboue, low water pressure, security breach etc. Have not pursued any more sales with M-T, referals or recommendations to anyone due to outer beauty vs inner flaws lack of services and honesty by M-T and its sales also marketing and after sales division are rogues. After approaching the NHBRC as M-T has not pitched please be careful as they lure you with a warranty where they will not attend nor reply.From water damages and leaks in the bedroom to the garage has not been repaired to date after no response or ineffective and inefficient services with poor repairs to date have contacted the home builders to which M-T refuses to reply to date as the repairs amd problems are recurring. However the Body Corporate cannot impose or incur special levies due poor construction and structural damages which has not been addressed nor rectified by M-T poor construction unsupervised. They trained Mr Marco Coetzee to talk right and walk left. As Mr Marco would blame Mr Louis Coetzee for not building from foundation hence the major structural damages which none would take the responsibility off. They had a deadline as MR Marco Coetzee after deceiving one to a sale tries to cover himself by explaining they have done a slab dash job as M-T have build these clusters in six months with no supervision hence its very poorly done and major structural damages cannot be repaired as will not to be heard as all the evidence will need to be supplied and heard in court as per the group of 100 units face the same to date. Why do they give stories after luring me to a sale of a defective unit? How are these excuses going to help me? Intimidating me and verbally abusing me based on the evidence as failing to repair without recurring and nor acknowledging the repair from snags not having the time to fix 1 unit properly being under pressure to fix a 100 with cheap labourers and expertise to structural damages, water proofing and basic repairs. The covers of the lights falls on your head when walkng in the so called "New Units" one will not accept being experimented on as per your poor construction and lack of management and poor communication, poor repairs etc structural damages visibility within units and externally on common ground in the garage fills up with water theres been security breach as all remotes have same frequency with faulty springs. Patches visible on garage roofs. View is obscured as per roof that is beneath ones unit. Deep cracks in walls visible main bedroom and paint is bubbling with water marks. When its windy the sides of the roofs are lose and can collapse on your head. The water leaks on side of the gutters rather than flow within the gutters. Painting is bubbling throughout the complex no waterproofing yet we paid for this and M-T turning a blind eye wanting to impose on body corporate to impose on us. A 10 year mantenance plan cannot yet be undertaken by the body corporate under no circumstances until and unless all the structural damages on the common ground, garages and in the units are up and completed professionaly effectively and efficiently by proper registered and qualified construction workers, builders and repairman. Not any Tom, **** and Harry which they employ from the streets and pay them peanuts as they tell us the stories and its visible in the repairs and the building. Marco coetzee has not attended to these flaws coherently from first inspection having outlined to him rather blames and shames Louis van tonder yet when they both accompanied each other to intimidate and verbally abuse me in my apartment. Have caught their bluff and game as they tried to provoke and antagonise me without me making an appointment barging in as i refused to waste my energy with confrontations that lack essence as is evident you unable to do a job that you have been employed for. As you know well these units have flaws in the structure and the tiles that you paint with glue etc yet you continue to market these defective units to all and sundry unless you chose your victims as is evident on the social platforms available. Will take to the media as is witnessed and recorded. Shudder to understand if you you human or robot to be able to not see what tou actually doing as you seem desperate for the job to take food of someones plate. So the company so the effect as i witness. Thats from you boss to you that is the same as the clusters from foundation ro the roof is defective and cleary visible. Can you not see as have outlines to the patio leaks as water runs down the wall leaving the panel above sliding door is rusting. Not sure whats your purpose its clearly as stated above hence you are unable to remedy my mission is to save the next from being caught by you .Thank you for continued inappropriate deceit.
