Me and my husband took out MTN Home uncapped internet 5 months ago the 295 it was **** MTN IS SO *****, the internet works for 2 weeks then for the rest of the other 2 weeks it doesn't work at all I literally have picture..then they debit from us for the money and there's a exclamation mark on our internet connection for the following two weeks it is the worst services I ever experienced then I email i would like to cancel they told me take it to the store thats when the price went up to 340 anyway January month I took it to blueroute mall that MTN STORE to cancel that lady that helped me apparently told me its cancel and they will still bill for February but we must not keep money in our account okay billing went off so today 5th March I received a invoice and statement from *** MTN saying I owe a 2400 this is ridiculous, didn't I cancel this piece of ****ty services I don't understand did that lady do her job right in Blueroute terrible customer service do not take MTN they suck does it make sense *****, PATHETIC !!!!!!
