Paid fee to Mtshoko Security Academy

I had a bad experience with Mtshoko Security Academy. I was doing grades with them. The owner said I must pay for the fees and I paid them via EFT. The money was hold by capitec because I was suspecting *****. I went back to the school. We went to capitec and they told us that we should write affidavit for the money to be released to his account. The money was realised after days and continued to say the money is not in. I communicated with capitec and they said the money was paid to the account and it has been used. I went to police station because I didn't knew who was wrong. They called the owner to send us their bank statement to check if the money was realised to his account. Since that time it was last month (February) till now he hasn't send the account statement. The money I paid it's a loss. I don't trust them anymore. I paid half of my salary there cash but haven't received what they promised me. I have been sending proof to him that the money is in and he keeps on saying the money is not in and decided to block me on WhatsApp instead. He knows that I'm far from Johannesburg as he promised that he will assist me in a distance. He decided to rob me.
