SCAM - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
DO NOT buy from this company, they are a SCAM. They don't deliver the goods you ordered, and getting your money back is impossible. I have sent numerous emails and tried calling multiple times but they do not respond. One star is too much for this fake company.

This company is a huge scam. I made a order in June 2021 and haven't received it. They don't answer emails and when you phone they say they will get back to you and then put you on voicemail.

This company is a huge scam. I made a order in June 2021 and haven't received it. They don't answer emails and when you phone they say they will get back to you and then put you on voicemail.

Terrible website, terrible service, don’t lose your money
Terrible service. Takes months to get half of an order. No one will get back to you until you write a bad review, and then they’ll only address your review and not answer anything you wrote on 8 emails begging for answers or a refund. Will never order from them again.

Terrible website, terrible service, don’t lose your money
Terrible service. Takes months to get half of an order. No one will get back to you until you write a bad review, and then they’ll only address your review and not answer anything you wrote on 8 emails begging for answers or a refund. Will never order from them again.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! RUBBISH FOR CLOTHES!
I've had such a terrible experience with MuchMax.co.za Online Shopping. Firstly, i bought from them 14/03/2020 and only received my parcel 12/08/2020 - in this time I had such difficulty getting answers from them about the status of the delivery of this parcel. THEN, FINALLY, what they had advertised as a pair of 'FAUX LEATHER LEGGINGS' on their website, I received a slinky pair of cheapskate leggings - that no-one in their 'right mind' would wear in public - was received in the mail. I wish that I could attach the pictures, so that I could show the level of trickery that they sell. I paid an unholy amount of money for RUBBISH!! They don't respond to you and refunds are out of the question!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on their website - THEY ARE CROOKS and sell rubbish!!!

Minus 20 review...bad service
I ordered my item on the 15th of November and since then I have only received an email that it was shipped on the 20th. After numerous emails to the email addresses on the website I am still waiting for a response. When I contacted them via email I received a short reply from Augustine saying my enquiry will be forwarded to someone without asking any details about my order itself. She blocked me immediately and took my comments off from the posts. They actually deserve a minus 20 because there is no service. They took my money and now they're hiding behind the fact that there is limited contact details on their website. But I refuse to let them get away with my money even if is is just R690 after collecting as much information about the pty ltd I am giving them 24 hours like they give customer's for a response before I go to the SAPS and open a fraud case. I will also be logging complaints with the payments services they make use of to do orders. Lets see how they will be able to order orders if they can't used services like payfast ect...... we as customers also have rights and do not deserve to be ripped off and being taken advantage of.

Muchmax PATHETIC! No parcel, no refund!!
A month and half later and an utter pathetic setup!!! Stole my money. Never received the parcel. Lizelle emailed to say it is stuck in Customs. Had two funtions to which I needed this dress, but still no reply or dress. We need to close their "businesses". Stolen money from us!!!

Muchmax.co.za are scammers people! We give them bad reviews, because of the lack of service we receive and the money they steal from us when they dont deliver our parcels. Mine is 7 months overdue!!! They have never refunded me, they have never tried to resolve or redeliver, they just ignore you. Muchmax.co.za also has another online store called mensunderware.co.za. Just as pathetic!! Never buy from them. They give themselves excellent reviews on hello peter, but they wont respond to any of their bad services provided. How pathetic, shame. They removed all their contact numbers from their websites and only leave a vague Randburg address, no specific address and an email address(es) which they never respond to anyway! They are thieves, the worst kind!!

Quick to take your money - not so quick to deliver or respond to communications - BE VERY CAREFUL
After placing and paying for an online order on the 30/10/2018, I am still to receive my goods. The phone number goes straight to voice mail. Of the numerous emails I have sent them - I have received 2 responses promising to look into my complaint - nothing happens after that. I have sent messages via facebook - I get told it is with the courier - however there is no tracking number. I have complained on their facebook page for my comments to be deleted within 10 minutes. Be careful purchasing from them!
