I bought three cars by them non of them gave me problem what u see is what you get.thank u Ahmed you such a great sales man. If you are looking for a good second hand car this is a right place to buy.

Mulsons Undisclosed accident costing me warranty repair
Mulsons used Cars Sold me a vehicle that was involved in car accident and now the dealerships are refusing to fix the component as they don't see as part of the warrantee due to the undisclosed accident. Mulsons does not want to repair or respond to me.

best car deal
bought a A4 Audi 2.0 TFSI last very good price and still loving it best sales service from Neal at boksburg. sorted my spare no hustle I recommend Mulson, for great car deal less than 24 hours I had my baby.

Dishonest and false dealings
Utterly dismayed by the inconvenience caused. I bought my vehicle from them in 2022 - a 2018 model. From the word go, the vehicle had to go in for repairs. First, the wheel bearings had to be replaced. Secondly, the wheel speed sensor was inspected by them twice where we are currently still busy facing the same problem. My vehicle cut out one day after work for no reason due to the sensors - on which I was told it was dust that settled on the sensor. I took the vehicle directly to the agent to be serviced who then informed me the whole vehicle had problems. Brakes, shocks, wheel speed sensor etc. To top it all off, I was told the harness needs to be repaired and rewired. I'm now busy with a warranty claim, but they don't cover everything and still they mechanic is busy trying to figure out what else could be wrong and in the meantime the bills are adding up. I bought a vehicle from them thinking they are honest in their dealings but in actual fact they sold me a piece of ****. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!

Mulson used cars in Boksburg
. I bought a vehicle, 2014 Volkswagen Polo TSI 1.2 Turbo comfortline at cars b us/Mulsons used cars through Absa. On the same day of collection of the vehicle , I experienced alot of problems, the car didn’t have any power after selecting the second gear and the car was idling in a very uncomfortable way. I raised my concerns with the dealership but I was told that all Polo tsi are like this, therefore I shouldn’t worry it’s a norm. I decided to take the car to dealership so they can check it, but it was only test drived and given back to me and I Was told there is nothing wrong with the vehicle, a couple of days after the problem persisted it was only then the car was taken to a workshop for 3 days and was then given back to me.. On the very same month I had to go back to Northen cape to resume my work duties, to my suprises when I had just left Gauteng the EPC light went on and the vehicle needed water and all through out my journey to Kimberley. The car has been back and forth to their mechanic and he just makes things worse...Im now stuck with A faulty car , its smoking, the is a sound coming out from the engine... This people have ruined my life in everyway possible.. They have caused me so much financial strain...

Mulsons goes the extra mile!
I purchased a BMW X5 from Mulsons. Ahmed was my salesman and from the get go he assisted with every request I had. The vehicle is a dream car and I even got a present! If you want a truly satisfying buying experience, go to Mulsons in Boksburg. They have a wide variety of second hand cars and after sales service to boot.
