My mother recieved the worst service she laybuyed items in Gqeberha North End and clearly stated that the items should be delivered in Peddie, the store manager assured her that the service will be up to puur. On the day of the delivery she was told the was no stock in King Williams Town and was told to wait afyer a minth of waiting and recieving condescending attitude from the stores ( P.E & KWT) she decided to take the stock available in PE she arrived in store in 11am 26 July 2025 , the stuff was dragging their weight some of the items had no codes, the stuff had to be requested to wrap the items as it is raining ,she finally choose the items she left the store at 14:00 pm and was told as she gets home the items will already be delivered its 14:44 we called the store and the store lady told us the stuff is still handling some stuff in the store they will deliver.

My daughter was taking our truck to Johannesburg so we took the truck to Tonnesen Fitment Centre, Rosmead Avenue to have all the tyres checked. They were told the the vehicle will be driven to JHB and were asked to thoroughly check the tyres. They advised that two had to be replaced and that they would put the bet tyre as a spare. They were also paid to balance and align the wheels. Just outside Bloemfontein a tyre bust causing the vehicle to veer across the oncoming traffic and into an embankment. The tyre that Tonnesen's left on the vehicle was very old and the spare tyre they put back had a nail in it. This was al confirmed by the company in Bloemfontein. As a result my daughter had to stay over in Bloemfontein and have the vehicle checked a it had hit an embankment. When I complained to Tonnesens about the problem they were not at all interested in hearing about the incident. The truck had previously been to Tonnesen and had one tyre replace about a year ago. They left the oldest tyre on the truck which burst. I would like to add that we have used Tonnesen’s for many years and that I think the service and the reaction we receive was disgusting.

I have paid these people R40 000 for G40 leather combat boots 60 of them. They were supposed to deliver today but they didn't and they are not answering my emails and phone calls. I have to deliver these Monday morning. They have removed the order on their website and system.

Multi choice service is pathetic , they dont know how to service customers they treat us as numbers . I mean calling their call center it's useless they dont even resolve your query , I have been having the same issue since last month I only enjoyed my 490 that I have paid for my dstv for 2 weeks last month and this month I have not enjoyed it at all. I have the E04 error which their technicians cant resolve . Yesterday I had one of the installer guys coming to my house which I have do to pay him for not doing anything he told me to go the close multi shop which is in philli plaza when I went to the one in plaza they refuse to help me referred me to Gugulethu I mean guys there is a taxi violence in Cape Town that is no secret , that guy informed me that my decoder is not broken the issue is with my smard card up on explaining that to them they still refuse to assist me . I spend a lot of money calling multi Choice and once you run out of airtime they dont bother to call you back their staff member do understand the meaning of customer satisfaction both call center and the branches . I mean now I have to walk from Philipi to Gugulethu it's raining outside and we have this taxi violence meaning that I have to lose my life just because of multi Choice. I know that they are a very big company honestly speaking they need to fix their customer service . Now I am going to lose my money yes to them 490 it's nothing for me it's some thing . I sacrifice to make sure I get that luxury of a dstv but now they play with us lower income this is really not on..

They drive in an unmarked and make up prices for installation as they go along. They use my data to activate and configure the decoder and use their own postal codes instead of my area code. They demand their money be made available via eft. Immediately. Bad , service and I am utterly disgusted with their conduct. I will never again ask them to assist me.

Took my car there in full faith it would be fixed however after paying R11000 for a few repairs i get the car back worse than it was before. Back and forth for 3 weeks and it is still in a worse off condition. I don't know what these guys did to my car but when it came back it was filthy and interior was black inside. I now have to take my car else where to fix and pay again. I am shocked and disgusted and feel I was taken advantage of as a woman. I will NOT be going back. Least they could of done is refund me half the money due to them messing up my car and making further problems!!

These mechanics were so bad I wish there was a rating lower than 1. The overcharged me for their own mistakes. SCAMMERS. NOT EVEN PROPER MECHANICS. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.

The company replaced a part in my car- the part they put in was faulty. They refuse to accept return of part and refuses to refund me. Service is terrible! warn everyone do not do any form of business with them. And Shakier who works there, has no form of customer service, he yelled at me and has no form of respect. im not normally a person to complain, but i honestly feel robbed.
