We ordered solar panels from this company. After paying the invoice (including full delivery cost). Munaiwa Enterprise then requested cargo insurance payable before delivery could take place. After requesting to cancel the order, communication stopped from the company. THIS IS A ****!!!

I would recommend them for their after sales service and onsite support.
We Purchased 2 of their 8kva inverters which works very well but i noticed one LCD display is blur after 2 weeks of my purchase. We get hold of them but the phone just rings, i sent them an email to which they sent onsite technical support and the inverter was replaced with a new one within 2 days. I would recommend them for their after sales service and onsite support.

i recommend munaiwa enterprise to everybody. they have best service and onsite support. i had some problem with equipment insurance and was sorted within 48 hours. thanks a lot for my off-grid setup.

It has been an absolute pleasure to deal with Munaiwa Enterprise. Not only the most amazing service but also kept to all promises made while purchasing backup power kit from munaiwa. Sales staff usually promise you the world before the sale and after the sale its just excuses, but with munaiwa i had onsite technical Assistance to setup and test run system.
