Terrible service delivery and unreliable

Very dissapointing. The service is shocking. Lichelle could not be more unhelpful when it comes to literally any query. The one meal came with carrots instead of mushrooms (as indicated on the packaging) - not too much of an issue for me since I love carrots but it was definitely a surprise. Overall, not a good experience. Going to try elsewhere
