My electricity are off almost two weeks now since 23th Oct 2023 I did report it and received a ref nr but was told there's no time frame I have too wait ,they came with tools and all ,take a look told me the cable have snapped and never to return again I'm Still waiting food wasted ,got rotten had to through it away meat and all I've been calling the cable department no ones answering, I've called mumelek daily and yesterday again whole day cable dept no answer twice my called was just ended in my face by two operators the third time it was ended because she couldn't use her computer properly got fed up when she couldn't find query said aghhj and ended the call just.like that I've called twice again.janet answered and instantly fou.d my details on computer same as the next operator that answered so ifu don't understand a computer why u working there rudeness wo t get any of those 3 anywhere so yes I'm waiting and waiting and waiting
