REJECTION

<p>ABSA sent Munnik Pools to come and do a report on my collaped pool for a clai whitch they sent there contractor. I know contractors get comision on claims that they get to reject. George come to my house to look at the pool, he hardley intreduced him to me as I open the door he walk in on his way to the back to look at the pool its like his been there before, got to the pool and we argued that there where water in my pool witch he claims there wasen`t water in my pool for a long time. I phone Amanda at Munnik pools and sent her photos where there was water in the pool about taken a week or two before the pool collapsed. She mailed me she knows what to put in the report as she doing the reports. I got a rejection for the claim from ABSA after phoning them for a couple off times to sent a copy off the original report from Munnik Pools, I recieved the rejection letter with out the heading form Munnik Pools and not there direct words. I phone Amanda and asked her for a copy of the report and said she first have to ask George if she can sent it to me, She also claims that a person by the name Jan had a look at the pool, Jan wasn`t at my place and you can`t see my pool from the side or front of my house... how did he look at my pool,haven`t recieved or heard from them ever since. George been very alligant towards me. I didn`t feel like a customer at all. </p>
