If you want to deal with pilots, they are GREAT "Fly by Nights"To start, They appointed me as training manager, after a month I did not receive an actual employment contract. With the interview they did inform me that they does carry accreditation with 6 SETA's, well after one month and three weeks, they still can not provide the sufficient accreditation approval. Financial status is in a mess, and some of my other colleagues did not get paid for two months now, but when I started with them, I overheard phone conversations, that they blame the institution they provide their so-called training currently with, as non-payers. As the CEO is an Inspector of Labour, I really do not understand the process of issuing competency certificates to people that phone them, and when payment is made, they ISSUE COMPETENCY CERTIFICATES, not all documents can be shown for evidence of these fraudulent certificates are issued to clients, as they write training material a few days before training needs to be conducted. I believe a thorough Department of labour investigation, as well as the CCMA needs to be launched to take out these "COMPETENT PILOTS" out of the market, together with the responsible role players at the SETA's. Even the HR/bookkeeper, nor the CEO answer any calls from Department of Labour, now that tickles my mind. If you wanna fly high, and let them train your delegates, it is easier to flush your money down the drain...GUARANTEED. REGARDS HENDRIK DU TOIT
