Bad idea-bad agent

The agents for this company is Dan Padyachee. I used him as an agent for my apartment to assist with leasing. Once he received his payout of 1 months rent in advance, he has never done the job he was paid for. He does not follow up on complaints, property inspections, outstanding electricity bills, and worst of all outstanding rental. He has allowed the tenant to be late of paying rental every month for a year. Which usually leads to me doing follow ups, making phone calls and sending msgs. Currently the tenant has an outstanding bill of 18k for 2 months. As the lease has expired, the tenant has made no means to pay or leave the apartment. With every excuse under the sun. This how now lead to me getting a lawyer to sue both the agent and tenant and hopefully get my money and apartment back. My advice, stay away.
