Sharetrackin complains

I've been visited on the 8th of August by Mark Wooler. A contract for shares was completed by Mark with all my and my wife's details. We've decided to withdraw and didn't sign the contract ,BUT the problem is Sharetrackin got access to all my personal information. I've requested a copy of the document but haven't received anything yet. I was called by Mr Basson and he promised a copy of the document on Friday, 11 Aug OR Saturday 12 Aug. No response yet. Mr Mark Wooler , who visited me promised a cancelation letter and a copy of the completed unsigned ,cancelled contract with all my details, but he doesn't answer his phone - NO RESPONSE AT ALL from Sharetrackin.
