We went to eat at mustang sally's Montana this weekend for my grand kids birthday's. what a big disappointment. We ate one of the big hulk burgers and the kids had there meal. When we ask for a box to put our left over food in opening the box it had +/- 20 ****roaches in the box. The manager of this branch did not even came to us to say sorry for what happened, she is such a rude person .

I had an absolutely horrible experience at Mustang Sally’s in Hatfield. The waiter basically forced us into buying overpriced milshakes. I explicitly told him that Ai do not want any of the specialty milkshakes because I was there with 3 children. He then “mistakenly” brought the specialty milkshakes and when the kids saw it, that was basically all they wanted. I ended up having to pay R300 for 3 milkshakes. COMPLETELY OVERPRICED. To add insult to injury, when I went to the bathroom, it couldn’t flush and was made to use a small bucket to flush the toilet. Mustang Sally’s will never see me again. Totally terrible experience 03 May 2025

The food was nice but took a long time to arrive. It was extremely busy, so that might be why. Also extremely noisy with waiters bursting out in song for birthdays every few minutes. Didn't expect that and not sure I would return because of the noise. You can't have a conversation. Hatfield branch.

I recently visited Mustang Sally's Hatfield with high expectations, particularly for their renowned Hulk burger. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by slow service and forgetful waitstaff. The waiter seemed to struggle with remembering our orders, leading to a frustrating dining experience. Our primary motivation for making the trip from the Northwest was to indulge in the elusive Hulk burger, as it wasn't available at the Montana branch. While we did get to savor the unique taste of the Hulk burger, the overall poor service at the Hatfield branch overshadowed the culinary delight. Comparatively, our experiences at the Montana branch of Mustang Sally's have been consistently positive, with attentive service and a wide selection of delicious options. Next time, I would rather opt for a regular giant burger at the Montana branch, where the service is on point, than endure the combination of the Hulk burger and subpar service at the Hatfield location. In conclusion, while the Hulk burger lived up to its reputation, the overall dining experience at Mustang Sally's Hatfield fell short of expectations due to slow and forgetful service. For a more enjoyable meal, I recommend visiting the Montana branch where service is efficient, and the menu offers satisfying alternatives.

If you like the quantity of quality, then this is the place for you. The portions are significant but the food is inferior. I found that the pictures on Facebook are very misleading. The place is run down, and there is nothing for the kids to do. The waiters push you to leave so that they can get new customers in. I took my daughter to the bathroom and when we came back, our food was packed up and the waiter was standing with the card machine to pay the bill. Honestly, I do not think that I would ever go there again.

Mustang sallys hatfield is loud. Horrable service. Waited 40 minutes for a chare. Got in. Was sat down with menu en we didnt see the waiter again for 20 minutes till we left from the pure unprofesionalism of that branch. The only person that was profesional was the door lady that told us to wait for a place as they where bussy. But one good person is not enough to make a whole place grate. Will never return there again.
